Pact of Nations signed by Deulatoji, Kalopia and Davostan

The Enlightened People's Republic of Deulatoji, the Socialist Kingdom of Kalopia, and the Unholy Davostan Empire, three great nations united in heart and spirit, have agreed after fruitful negotiations to lay the foundations of a new and powerful alliance of the nations of Terra. The three governments have seen great improvements in their relations in recent years, Deulatoji and Davostan being united by their common use of Spanish, and Kalopia and Deulatoji united by their sister ideologies of Hellenic Socialism and Zen Socialism.
With the presence of unrivaled Axis power in the whole world, and the existence of a status-quo that greatly favours the Western imperialist states to the detriment of the nations of Terra, three of the most prominent revisionist states have joined together to resist the forces of decadence and barbarism. With several other states expected to join, the Pact of Nations (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreat ... atyid=1800) is willing to become the alliance of all nations dissatisfied with the predominance of colonialist and imperialist oppression in Terra. The Pact is dedicated to bringing peace and stability to all the nations of the globe, by offering each its place under the Sun and providing for the living space of all major nations. As the alliance grows, few shall be those bold enough to oppose the combined power of Terra's Nations.
We shall work together for a New World Order, for a New Terra, free from disintegration and imperialism, a Terra of all its Nations!
PREAMBLE
We are an alliance of like-minded nations, firmly bound together by our will to establish a new world order, in which the mutual prosperity and security of all nations are ensured. We wish to fight against the forces of barbarism, decadence and disintegration that rule Terra, so we can found a new Terra, where each nation has its place under the sun. We recognize that every major nation needs a living space in order to thrive and exist in peace and prosperity, and the Pact of Nations exists to ensure the living space of its members.
Article I – Membership
Any nation may become a full member of the Pact of Nations by adopting this agreement with a constitutional majority (2/3) of its legislature.
Article II – Internal Affairs
The members of the Pact of Nations recognize their full independence, and as such we consider the choice of any political and economic regime the sovereign right of every nation. Interference in the internal affairs of one member of the Pact of Nations by any other member is strictly prohibited. We shall not engage in criticism of the “quality of democracy” or the “human rights record” of our member nations.
Article III – Mutual Defense
The Pact of Nations is primarily a defensive alliance between likeminded nations. A military attack on any of the member states is considered an attack on all the others, and a declaration of war on any member state shall be considered a declaration of war upon the whole Pact of Nations.
Article IV – Wars of Expansion
The Pact of Nations pledges to support the efforts of any of its members in establishing and maintaining its living space, whether by peaceful or by military means. However, the declaration of war by a Pact of Nations member on a third party is not considered an automatic declaration of war by the entire alliance. Members are nevertheless strongly encouraged to support each other in their wars of expansion.
Article V – The Supreme Leadership of the Pact of Nations
The Pact of Nations members pledge their militaries to the Supreme Leadership of the Pact of Nations, consisting of the Supreme Commander, the pro-tempore Supreme Commander, and the defense ministers of the member nations.
Article VI – Leaving the Pact
Any member state may leave the Pact of Nations by a simple majority vote of its legislature. Any member may be excluded by the vote of the Supreme Leadership.
Article VII – Other Alliances
Membership in the Pact of Nations is incompatible with membership in other alliances. Members are allowed to enter mutual defense treaties with third parties, provided the said treaties explicitly exclude aggression against the Pact of Nations.
