Well there is, or, was. Anyway, anyone may feel free to rate the flags in the other thread, and/or postulate flags in here for a revival of the competition?

How about a simple system, a bit like the Eurovision Song Contest, where each player/party ranks their top ten flags from 1 to 10 (along with any comments). First place gets 10 points, second place gets 9 place, third place gets 8 points, fourth place gets 7 points and so on. Once voting is over, all the points are added up and whichever flag has the highest score wins. Voters are not allowed to vote for the nation they are playing in and are requested not to vote for flags which they were instrumental in designing/supporting in other nations. When submitting their scores, voters are required to list which party they represent and which nation they come from.

Here is a template as an example (not my real score submission)...

Party: Sacred Feline Alliance
Nation: Feline Homeland of Barmenia

1. Aldegar (10pts)
2. Aloria (9pts)
3. Kirlawa (8pts)
4. Luthori (7pts)
5. Lourenne (6pts)
6. Mordusia (5pts)

That is an idea with some merit.

Perhaps as something where each country passes a bill with its votes (though that may be difficult)
