FIFT- La Fédération Internationale de Football de Terra or The International football federation of Terra in English. soccer in the USA.
I Know there was once a wold cup but it never finished so i am deciding to start another.
The problem last time was lack of organization; this time we will have a committee of which i will be president (until the next election for the president of FIFT). The committee will have these positions.

surveillant de Artania (overseer of Artania)-also ME
surveillant de Dovani (overseer of Dovani)-
surveillant de Keris (overseer of Keris)-
surveillant de Majatra (overseer of Majatra)-
surveillant de Makon (overseer of Makon)-
surveillant de Seleya (overseer of Seleya)-
le témoin (the witness)-

NOTE- the overseers will be in charge of qualifying for their continent and are not connected to the continental associations. If there is interest I may add overseers for Squibble and Vascania. The witness will make sure every thing is done fairly. I will step down from president at the end of the tournament.

If you are interested for a place on the council please let me know.
If you want to host the world cup let me know you will be chosen by the council.

Artania 13 Teams 3 W/C Places
Dovani 8 Teams 2 W/C Places
Keris 4 Teams- 1 W/C Place
Majatra 16 Teams 4 W/C Places
Makon (Macon)and Keymon 4 Teams 1 W/C Place
Seleya 13 Teams 3 W/C Places

The 15 teams will be joined by the host for the finals
The number of teams in the area may change if the host comes from that region.
The system of qualifying will be decided by the overseer.
