---- INTERNATIONAL POLICE COURT ----

A unbiased legal court to preside over criminal cases of international importance and significance. The Court shall not contain any Judge who is part of a political party that has been charged criminally.

The Court shall hear any case that is offered to the Court, as per the case meets the regulations and standards for International Court. Any political party who joins this Organization shall delegate 1 Judge to the Court.

Judges will not be allowed to hear upon cases that involve their own nation in any significant matter. Lawyers will be allowed to represent the defendant and the prosecution of these charges within the Court. Only 1 political party may offer a lawyer to defend their citizen or to prosecute the defendant.

To meet the IPC standards, a case must:

-- Involve foreign nationals committing a crime on foreign soil
-- Involve worldwide politics
-- Involve war crimes or genocide
-- Involve the Armed Forces of any nation
-- Involve the government of any nation
-- Involve international economic trading and shipping
-- Involve international waters or airspace
