Beiteynu is a great place to house the Terran Stock Market. We would be winning to even make the plot of land used for the Terran Stock Exchange international territory, independent from Beiteynu and our relations. That way we can keep stock market independent from the relations of it's host nation. We also are prepare to help cover building costs and ect.

Yes, Beiteynu would be optimal due to its proximity to Barmenia's Conference Center City.

We appreciate Beiteynu's willingness to grant independence to the land that the Terran Stock Market is on. If Beiteynu's bid is approved, the Ikegaru Development Corporation will volunteer to construct the facility for the Stock Market there.

We also suggest that decisions of the stock market should be done via votes in which one gets an amount of votes equivalent to one's shareprice.

Nation: Mordusia
Party Name: Liberal Party
Company Name: Mordusian Tobacco Company
CEO: Elisabeth Sélestat-von Hagenau
Purpose: Tobacco (cigarettes, cigars), Luxury goods (perfume, watches, jewelry), Alcohol (several liquor brands)

Stock Market Price: 96.92
(seat share: 12.13%, voter turnout: 84.79%)

The Mordusian Tobacco Company was founded in 2356 by Willem Viljoen, father of President Johan Viljoen (2391-2393) and forefather of President Hendrik Viljoen (3306-3308 and 3312-3314). It has remained in the hands of the Viljoen family ever since, 50%+1 of the shares still being controlled by the Viljoen International Investments Corporation (VIICo).

Founded as a cooperative of tobacco farmers, the Company soon became one of Mordusia's first true multinationals, focusing on South-Seleya and the new Colonies. Over the years its focus on tobacco shifted on luxury goods in general, with the Company taking over several brands of jewelry, perfumes, and watches. Only recently did the Company become active in the field of alcoholic beverages.

The present CEO is Ms. Sélestat-von Hagenau. A tobacco farmers' cooperation remains in control of the tobacco division of the Company.

The Beluzian government has already done this with the World Conference Centre. We could simply expand the compound to make space for the TSM.

Armastech Industries Worth Rises while HQ debate continues!

The worth of Armastech Indutries on the Terran Stock Market has risen to exactly 140 points! This is partially attributed to a few facts. The primary factor is that, after the release of Deltaria's extremely advanced completely computer operated drone bombers the demand for defense equipment rose substantially as private and public entities rushed to by military devices. While Armastech did not benefit from this as much as AreoCo, the company that made the drone bombers, it still got a nice boost in its value because of the rise in small arms purchases.
Concerning the location of the World Trade Centers the CEO Arthur Pillum responded:
I feel that, now Mordusia has a company on the Terran Stock Market, it would be an ideal place to put the World Trade Center. I would also not mind if the company was placed in Beiteynu as the country seems to be fairly neutral on the international stage. I hope that this debate may come to a conclusive end soon, however, as it has gone on longer than I intended. I hope that we will be able to come to an agreement on the placing of the World Trade Center.

We are prepared to open a state of the art facility that we will call the Terran Center. The center and main point of the complex will be the Terran Stock Exchange but we also will include the Beiteynu Branch of International University. We also will have office space and conference space for any International Organizations that wish to take advantage of the wonderful atmosphere Yishalem has to offer.

As reported by Feline News Service - Global Finance:

IDC shareprices fell from 116.29 to 109.68 after the August 3319 elections due to lethargy felt in Barmenia about its ongoing war against the Davostagi debtors.

After the October 3319 Davostagi attack on the Grand Cat Parlour, where the LAoC's coalition partner and ally the Lionists had been meeting at, shareprices ironically shot up to 124.68. While the attack has made the Barmenian citizenry nervous, and it has cost the Felinist Coalition its 2/3rds majority, it has centralized decision making in Barmenia which raises the IDC's shortterm value.

Analysts are concerned that this will lead to a midterm drop in earnings after the August 3325 elections, however, because this puts the Eredian Party of Gadurian Insurgents into a position to take a majority next election and overthrow the government. Analysts suggest selling your shares in IDC by 3324.

Beluzia is inviting foreign investors to form companies to capitalize on the demand for mass transit and coal production.
Beluzia does a lot of mining (mostly iron and coal) and its agriculture market is focused on canned foods and beer.
