The Coburan People's Liberation Front has the goal of upending the status quo of Cobura ; an act which will give their brave militants ample opportunity to display their virtue while instilling terror into the hearts of their enemies and oppressors. The Brotherhood applauds such a goal, and for this reason the CPLF is officially endorsed as a Vanguard of the Brotherhood of Terror and Virtue. Policy-Speakers with the appropriate physical appearance have been deployed in an advisory capacity to the CPLF, to encourage them to abandon their weak and foolish strategy of working within the Coburan political system, and to advocate a ruthless and hardline stance against their oppressors. Pipelines to the material and technical resources of the Brotherhood are opening up as we speak.

Fellow Dorvish Vanguards, Fighting for the Cause of Terror and Virtue

Recently, the former Dorvish government collapses after the one party in the nation vanished from politics. Because of this, three new parties has come to risen to take the Dorvish Social Nationalist Party's place on top of national politics of one of the most influential nations on Terra. The result of the next election showed that the Fascist Alliance of Dorvik took the majority over the two other parties. Led by General Wilhelm von Ribbentrop, the Fascist Alliance have been trying to change the nation to a Fascist state, one step at a time until they can pull off a super-majority and cement their reign permanently. So far, they have banned all drugs, porn, and alcohol; a partial declaration of martial law; a zero tolerance policy of all criminals which would result in their execution.

It would seem that, to some, the Brotherhood would support these guys and not the revolutionists. However, this is not the case. Why? Because above all other political factions, the Brotherhood will always support Vanguards and the May 4th Jalalist Revolutionaries are fellow Vanguards and go so far as to worship the founder of Vanguardism himself, Jalal Al-E-Ahmad. With this in mind, the Brotherhood declares our full endorsement of the Jalalist with weapons and training. May they display their virtue to all and make their foes feel terror deep within their souls.
