Hello, Members of the Artanian Union. As you all have seen in the International News Programs, a war is currently under going in Majatra with Zardugal and her allies versus The Jelbic Empire. Now as you all know that a treaty was drafted which proposed the possible intervention of the several Military Forces of the Artanian Union into the war. Today several of my Top Defense and Intelligence Advisers sat down with me and discusses what will be the best plan of action. Now, we have listed several key ideals which we should provide to Zardugal if we want the war to end. Special Forces, Intel Support and Developmental Aid. Members we ask you to be your brother's keeper and be that nation to look out for another in grave need.

Resolution 0006
1. Each Nations who is agreement of this should be in ratification of the Seleya and Artania Treaty Organisation/
2. Any Nation be allowed to supply Zardugal any form of Aid may it be Combat Doctors to Food.
3. Each Nation that is ratified under the Seleya and Artania Treaty Organisation be allowed to send in their special forces teams to zardugal to assist the zardic army
4. Any Nation that holds key Intelligence on any Jelbic Offenses should hand them over to the Zardic Army.
5. Any Nation that holds any form of a Technological/Cyber advantage on the Jeblic Empire should assist the Zardic Army.
