The humble delegate of the Khaganate of the Jelbic Peoples is pleased to inform all honoured representatives of the Artanian Union that the warring states of Zardugal and the Khaganate have concluded successful peace talks. A treaty has been signed removing the state of war between our nations. It is therefore that we urge the Artanian Union to consider their Resolution 0006 redundant and seize the voting procedure before our organizations enter in a cold war.

Due to the lack of votes, I shall end voting regarding Resolution 0006. Because it failed to receive a majority AND only two nation's participated, the resolution put forth by Endralon and Zergon has for all intents and purposes been rejected by the Artanian Union.

They would have voted yes, but they didn't submit a vote at all. The AU cannot read the minds of member nations and we ask that the nation submitting a resolution to submit a vote as well. We don't know if they've had a change of heart and want to vote no on the resolution or just abstain all together.

The new Government of Endralon-Zergon wants to confirm that our vote would have been No due to fundamental foreign policy disagreements with the previous government and also doue to the latest developments with regards to the war. We realise that t is too late to submit a vote.

Members of the Artanian Union, I come to you with a proposal that might change the way we cooperate with each other. As it is a must to stay a nation in this era, trade is needed. To bring nations together we must unite under a cause. That is why we have have Artanian Union. Have you ever considered the economical failing nations of this Union, who surpluses have reached to negative numbers? I believe that we should reach out to these nations and pull them out of the pit of economic depression and help them restore their long lost wealth. I believe that no nation is poor, it's just that they have not found their gold.

Recognizing that International and Continental Trade is needed:
1. The Artanian Union create a child organization to promote economic integration and cooperation among its members, to ensure that the benefits of integration are equitably shared.
2. The Organization be called ARTCOM.
3. ARTCOM be known as the Artanian Common Market.
4. ARTCOM be open to all Members of the Artanian Union and observers from several outside nations.
5. ARTCOM shall be Headed by a Secretary-General who will be nominated by each member of the Artanian Union and voted upon.

The motion by Endralon is officially accepted by the AU and voting will commence on the proposed initiative. Members who belong to the AU are eligible to vote and may only vote once. I ask that member nations make their votes in a timely manner as votes will not be counted if they come in after time has expired. Furthermore, the AU is also asking that the nation who submitted the resolution, submit a vote as well.
