League of Terra Nations

We the people of Terra create a permanent forum to discuss global issues. This forum from this day fourth shall be called the Leage of Terra Nations. All nations are welcomed and shall send an elected representative.
The Secretary General shall be elected by the representatives of the nations.
It shall be the Secretary's job to run the Leage of Terra Nations.
The Head quarters shall be held in Port Manio and shall be made into international territory.
A global summit shall be held every ten years in a chosen city and shall be hosted by the Secretary General but shall welcome all member and non member nations/persons.
