Currently a genocide of ethnic minorities in Deltaria nova is underway. Independent journalist and IHRM investigators released reports over the week that suggest a huge genocide is taking place. The recent political victory of czarist over republicans led to a sea of change in the nation very quickly. All across the countryside homes that housed minorities were burned presumably after the families were killed. Thousands may have already died and everyday the death toll rises. The killings are undertaken by secret police and paramilitas of the ruling party. Please support the persecuted by giving aid to to the IHRM or some of our partner groups to help refugees escaping Deltaria Nova.

Deltaria's schoolchildren: terrorised & indoctrinated

The Terran Patriarchal Church has long dominated in the provision of education in Deltara. Since the passing of the Church Schools Act 6 years ago, only TPC schools have been state subsidised, giving the Church a virtual monopoly over the education of the poor. And under current laws, even private schools for the children of the wealthy have to be run according to TPC guidelines, including mandatory prayers and religious education.

What is actually going on in these classrooms, though? According to numerous reports coming out of Deltaria, children are being compelled to read a notoriously scary religious book called 'The Sight of Hell'. We are already compiling voluminous accounts of children experiencing bed-wetting, nightmares and panic attacks after being confronted with this disturbing text. Here are just a few extracts from the book:

You are going to see again the child about which you read in the Terrible Judgement, that it was condemned to hell. See! It is a pitiful sight. The little child is in this red hot oven. Hear how it screams to come out. See how it turns and twists itself about in the fire. It beats its head against the roof of the oven. It stamps its little feet on the floor of the oven. You can see on the face of this little child what you see on the faces of all in hell-- despair, desperate and horrible!

The same law which is for others is also for children. If children, knowingly and willingly, break God's commandments, they must also be punished like others. This child committed very bad mortal sins, knowing well the harm of what it was doing, and knowing that hell would be the punishment. God was very good to this child. Very likely God saw that this child would get worse and worse, and would never repent, and so it would have to be punished much more in hell. So God, in His mercy, called it out of the world in its early childhood."

Look into this little prison. In the middle of it there is a boy, a young man. He is silent; despair is on him. He stands straight up. His eyes are burning like two burning coals. Two long flames come out of his ears. His breathing is difficult. Sometimes he opens his mouth and breath of blazing fire rolls out of it. But listen! There is a sound just like that of a kettle boiling. Is it really a kettle which is boiling? No; then what is it? Hear what it is. The blood is boiling in the scalded veins of that boy. The brain is boiling and bubbling in his head. The marrow is boiling in his bones! Ask him, put the question to him, why is he thus tormented? His answer is, that when he was alive, his blood boiled to do very wicked things, and he did them, and it was for that he went to dancing-houses, public-houses, and theatres. Ask him, does he think the punishment greater than he deserves? "No," he says, "my punishment is not greater than I deserve, it is just. I knew it not so well on earth, but I know now that it is just. There is a just and a terrible God. He is terrible to sinners in Hell—but He is just!"

Come into this room. You see it is very small. But see, in the midst of it there is a girl, perhaps about eighteen years old. What a terrible dress she has on — her dress is made of fire. On her head she wears a bonnet of fire. It is pressed down close all over her head; it burns her head; it burns into the skin; it scorches the bone of the skull and makes it smoke. The red hot fiery heat goes into the brain and melts it... You do not, perhaps, like a headache. Think what a headache that girl must have. But see more. She is wrapped up in flames, for her frock is fire. If she were on earth she would be burnt to a cinder in a moment. But she is in Hell, where fire burns everything, but burns nothing away. There she stands burning and scorched; there she will stand for ever burning and scorched! She counts with her fingers the moments as they pass away slowly, for each moment seems to her like a hundred years. As she counts the moments she remembers that she will have to count them for ever and ever."

St. Basil says, that in hell there are will be worms without number eating the flesh, and their bites will be unbearable." St. Teresa says that she found the entrance into hell filled with these venomous insects. If you cannot bear the sight of ugly vermin and creeping things on the earth, will you be content with the sight of the venomous things in hell, which are a million times worse? The bite or the pricking of one insect on the earth sometimes keeps you awake, and torments you for hours. How will you feel in hell, when millions of them make their dwelling-place in your mouth, and ears, and eyes, and creep all over you, and sting you with their deadly stings through all eternity. You will not then be able to help yourself, or send them away, because you cannot stir hand or foot. One of the most painful stings in the world is to be much frightened.

We in the International Human Rights Movement have been working for some years now to raise awareness of how children are being traumatised and indoctrinated in Deltaria's school system. The sad reality is that if one generation of people is brought up in this way, they, in turn, may be likely to inflict the same harsh religious ideology on their own children. In my view, there is a need for the human rights community to recognise that religious brainwashing, when taken to the extreme, really does become a form of child abuse. It can be as bad or even worse than actual physical or sexual abuse, as it so often affects victims mentally for the rest of their lives. Mona Rivet, our organisation's founder, may have the opportunity to meet Deltarian opposition leaders soon in Dranland. If this ends up happening, then I for one hope very much she will raise concerns about the issue of child welfare within the Deltarian educational system.

Over my time as the IHRM spokesperson deltaria has dominated my attention. Which can be a pain as I would like to focus on the lack of women's rights in Jakania, or the complete lack of human rights in Malvia. Still though i can claim that my time was not wasted. In the past 30 years Deltaria has been slowly, with many setbacks, working towards a better future. Religious rights have been increasing even after the increased influence of the church. Slavery is becoming unnecessary and will soon be gone. Income inequality and poverty has been coming down, mostly because of the church. Alas Deltaria is extremely far from perfect. As said before the church has a strangle hold on the populace, this has caused a lack of freedom of expression and speech, increased homophobia, increased sexist attitudes, and has increased corruption. Slavers still hold huge political power and racism is still everywhere to be found. In my time as leader of the IHRM I have befriended many friends and allies within the Czarist nobility,the Church, and the democratic opposition. Soon I will finally visit Deltaria representing the call for equality. When I arrive I will see a changed place and I hope that one day Deltaria will be a beacon of hope for those seeking freedom.

Deltaria's Vonkajšíci government "worst in recorded history"

People of the world, it is with a heavy heart that I decide to send this article to the IHRM ; for I know it will certainly mean my death. But the truth must be told. I wish to speak to you of the situation in Deltaria. The ruling class of Deltaria is now the Vonkajšíci ; literally translated as the "Men-Aside", but in colloquial tongue they're given a litany of other appellations. The Czar's mad dogs. The dogmen, the doghearts, the dogheads, the dogbrothers, the broomstick brothers, the black brothers, the black bastards, the black butchers, the list goes on, but the gist of it is clear. Rather than be insulted or ashamed by these appalling epithets, the dogmen seem to relish in them, and in their reputation for being the worst pack of sadistic, murderous heathens ever seen by human eyes. While the governments of Malivia and Davostag might be appalling in their own ways, they at least have a sense of order, logic and reason behind their barbarities. The Men Aside are simply packs of frothing animals, answering to none but the Czar himself, and the Czar is rarely around to reign in their sadistic excesses. They worship no gods. They abide no laws. They respect no traditions. The only requirement for entry, it seems, is a complete and utter lack of humanity.


The face of 'police brutality' in Deltaria

The dogmen aren't hard to spot. They all dress in monastic cowls and habits, dyed solid black. They never seem to wash, their hands and faces stained as brown as any Ebonite, with years of ingrained grime and crusted with old dried blood, their teeth are yellow and black with rot and corruption, their hair matted and greasy and their vestments filthy and crawling in lice and fleas. To intimidate their victims, they carry straw broomsticks to symbolise their intention of 'sweeping away' enemies of the Czar, and from their belts they hang the rotting severed heads of dogs ; a clear message as to the fate any who oppose them. They're recruited from the savagest, filthiest and most illiterate of the lower class, often murderers, rapers, bandits and lunatics pardoned from the dungeons across Deltaria ; sometimes veterans of the infamous 'Children of God' divisions, sometimes even freed slaves hellbent on doing violence and atrocity against their rightful masters. They kill, rape, maim and torture with immunity. It was to my misfortune that I attended the decoration ceremony of the General Bronson Mackay, who was presented the Deltarian Star of Merit from the Czar himself for his part in the recent war with Jelbania. The dogmen followed him out after the ceremony and one demanded he "turn over his shiny". When he hesitated, they simply held him down and hacked off his hands and feet with a machete, leaving him to bleed to death in the middle of a crowded street. They laughed while they did it, and strutted away like filthy, reeking peacocks. This is how they treat a great and noble man, a decorated war hero who had only ten minutes before been receiving the favour of the Little Father himself. How then, do you suppose they treat the common man who runs afoul of them? Incidents like this are far from rare. In fact, they've become a daily fact of life in Deltaria.


The dogmen, operating above and outside the law

In the governance of Deltaria itself they hold total dominion. Only laws passed down by the Czar are permitted to pass into effect. Anyone who dares to speak up against them, present legislature proposals or petitions, or offends them in even the slightest way is immediately siezed, and often killed or mutilated on the spot, even within the hallowed and sacred halls of the Czargrad Veche. Quite often no provocation is even needed to incur the wrath of the dogs, as violence, torture and rape seem to be all they live for. It's true that the Little Father recently heard of some of their barbaric outrages and punished those responsible, but he does not seem to understand ; these acts are standard practice for them. It's what they do, day in and day out, and the Czar hasn't heard even a thousandth part of their vile and felonious enormities. I see Deltaria becoming more and more accepted by the democracies of the world, and I beg you not to believe the propaganda of the Deltarian State. We are worse off under the dogmen than we have ever been in history ; the totalitarian reign of the Absolvers, the brutal yoke of the Tokundians, the blood-drenched anarchy of The Terror, the vicious theocracy of the Popes of old ; even the Kennedy regime was better than this!.

Cobura is undoubtedly a free country. A nation of liberty, democracy and legal equality. We like to stress legal equality because inequality between those of light skin and those of dark skin is breathtaking. Cobura is a multicultural nation where the Augustanii culture dominates media and politics. Coburan Industry employs Augustanii people very rarely people of other races. This keeps millions stuck in poverty with very few options of creating a better life for themselves. This has unintentionally ( or possibly intentionally) created a caste system where your caste is determined by your culture and race. The fight for equality is about changing the culture of racism and sexism to the multicultural secular society. Thats why the international human rights movement proudly recognizes the Coburan People's Liberation Front as a human rights movement.

Deltarian and Zardic propaganda feuds come at expense of the least fortunate

The increasing media coverage of the racist Coburan society has shined a light on the majatran feud which has negatively affected people all across the region. The two cultural giants of the majatra lake region, Zardugal and Deltaria, have and do use their propaganda machines to gain a foothold in international politics. The regional cold war has made it difficult for international organizations, like ourselves, to operate. Mutual distrust has made it near to impossible for not only charities and human rights groups to operate but business, trade, or tourism between the two sides to grow. This has caused ignorance and mistrust between the two. Zardic civilians hate deltarians, almost to the point of racism, because of perceived imperialism and tyrannical rule. Deltarian civilians have the exact same feelings towards Zardics. This cold war not only risks peace between the east and west but also makes real problems ,like Cobura, politicized. Where the sides will either deny their is a problem or use to their advantage against the other.

The responses to accusations of a racist system in cobura the ruling class has shrugged. They don't see a problem and that has depressingly shown the level of ignorance the whites have of the problems of the racial minorities. Recently Tijana Lukic the foreign minister to the Republic of Cobura was defending coburan policies against Deltaria in a meeting of the majatran union.

First of all,I don't need to remind Deltaria of it's slavery issue,where many Malla were enslaved and brought to Deltaria. I say no more on that.

Their level of racist ignorance cannot be taken lightly. Mallan people are native to cobura whereas Watembo live in Utembo, a continent away. Their appearance and culture is entirely different to mallans. She would later claim along with others that their party has been supported by other races, not mentioning ( or possibly realizing ) that Cobura has been under single party rule for decades. Thankfully political Cobura is changing, no doubt because of international pressure, but socially Cobura obviously has a long way to go.

The PRP is officially recognized as a hate group. The party does not regulate itself and is rife with racism. As such it was unable to stop the nuclear attack and future attacks because it simply didn't have the power to and most party members didn't want to.
