The Lodamun Solidarity Campaign (LSC) was formally launched yesterday morning in Bialograd, the capital of Lodamun's neighbour, Valruzia. Vilhelms Koch, a Hosian exile from Lodamun, was elected the group's chair and outlined the organisation's key goals of encouraging citizens across Terra to "condemn the Lodamese government's genocidal campaign of persecution against its own Hosian citizens" and register their protest by participating in an economic and cultural boycott of the country. The group also calls on on national government to ratify the Condemnation of Lodamun treaty imposing an economic embargo upon Lodamun.

It is no secret that the LSC has links with Lodamun's Conservative Monarchist Party, although the CMP has to be discreet about those links for fear of being prosecuted for treason or illegal criticism of the government. However, the LSC is keen to present itself as a "broad-based organisation representing a range of opinion across Lodamun", and its executive committee contains a mixture of republicans and monarchists, Hosians and non-Hosians, blacks and white, and conservatives and socialists.
