The Organisation's first war engagement would be to stop the Deltarian invasion of Vorona, and then the Jelbic Invasion of Zardugal.

The government of the Imperium Selucianum is not prepared to produce any hostilities against other nations. We believe in freedom and cooperation.
Therefore the Selucian government will not participate in this agreement.

The Government of Endralon and Zergon will not indulge in such actions which may cause a Terra in Conflict, This is a stupid idea, And we suggest the nations of the Artanian Union Remain Neutral unless anyone of us are attacked. As you long as SATO does not ask of Baltusia too much military effort, since we spend very little in the military, we spend way more in cross alone then the military, we will support the SATO.
