CHIEF Justice of the Ministerial Court: (TBD)

If there is a violation, a Minister shall:
(1) File a well-pleaded complaint with the Ministry of Justice
(2) The Minister of Justice shall assess the merits of the complaint pursuant to the Ministerial Court Act of 3841 (TBD).
(3) The Minister of Justice shall, if the merits warrant it so, create a Hearing Bill titled "LAST NAME OF MINISTER, MINISTRY v. LAST NAME OF DEFENDANT, YEAR MCC #ofCase"
(4) The Minister of Justice shall then sit as the Chief Justice of the Ministerial Court, shall summarize the procedural and factual history of the case in the description of the Hearing Bill, and proceed to hearing.
(5) Parties to an action shall only speak when spoken to by the Chief Justice. The Chief Justice shall speak in ALL CAPS and begin each post with "CHIEF J. LAST NAME: ...." Parties to the case will use their last names.
(6) The Chief Justice, when in his discretion feels that a party to an action has won, shall conclude the case and draft an opinion and post it on the FORUM Particracy page dedicated to Ministerial Court cases (TBD)
