Article 1 was breached due to the large swath of politicide the government started. Article 4 was breached by the government itself when it destroyed its own ports, and furthermore when it fomented piracy by starting a civil war.

The authorization of the use of the blast chambers during an invasion or an imminent threat of an invasion is a standard procedure, which means only the Namal Kbiir harbor was destroyed, not all of the harbors in the Empire.

OOC: At least in Swedish ports, bridges and other infrastructure there's certain chambers for explosives (sprängkammare), in case of an invasion. The Idea is to render the infrastructure useless.
