Decima Technologies

Decima Technologies is the company that created Milliard one the most popular search engines in Terra today. Originally founded in 3998 by graduate students Peter Reese and Gregory Singh while at Jameson University. Not long after Milliard was introduced it took off at Jameson University as the far superior search engine eventually catching on with the rest of Hutori and later Terra. Along with their search engine they offer productivity software, email, social networking, cloud storage, digital distribution services and they produce an operating system for mobile devices. The company initially recieved startup capital from the Carmichael Estate who now holds the second most amount of shares behind the founder's families. However, the company is still privately owned and has yet to make a public offering.

Hello,

This is Roy Kranz from Van Robin Capital(VRC) and I have an app called QuickCash that I need approval for.

QuickCash is a mobile app developed by Shadi Kader, an independent developer in Kafuristan. VRC acquired QuickCash from Kader roughly 4 months ago, and we have full rights to the app.

QuickCash functions as a system of payment between friends and acquaintances . With a simple touch of a button you can transfer funds from your bank account to someone else's. QuickCash is perfect for paying babysitters, the kids that shovel your driveway after a snow storm, or paying your friend back those 10 LOD he lent you.

QuickCash is secure and VRC has spent a lot of money on security features for the app. All transfers require users to enter a password, and fingerprint identification, on phones that offer that feature, is required for any transfer over 1000 LOD.

We hope and expect that you will approve this request.

Sincerely,
Roy Kranz
Director of the Technology Investments Department of Van Robin Capital

Mr. Kranz,

Your application has been reviewed and approved for posting to the Milliard App Store. We just need to know if this is to be a free app, subscription based or purchasable. If it's subscription or purchasable we'll need to know the subscription price or the flat price. After we get that your app will be posted to the store.

QuickCash is completely free to download.. The app generates revenue through a 1.5% fee on all transactions.

Dear Mr. Jeffery,

The recent direction of DCIT has caused us concern.

The confiscation of company property by the New Endralon government was not unforeseeable and occurred after leading officials from the government of Hutori, where DCIT is headquartered, knowingly acquiesced to unenforceable verbal assurances from negotiating partners who have demonstrated their untrustworthiness in the past.

Further, the stagnant share price of Hutori-listed DCIT and complete lack of volume has not only prevented shareholders from closing their positions but has put the assets of all DCIT shareholders at severe risk of loss.

As the principal outside shareholders of DCIT, we are requesting that you promptly implement several structural changes to your management practice:

1. APPOINT LARGE SHAREHOLDERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CONVENE BOARD MEETINGS IMMEDIATELY

While we were initially confident in our ability to offer strategic input at the Shareholders Annual Meeting, your failure to call any Annual Meeting in the four years since DCIT's IPO has rendered that option no longer credible.

2. PARTNER WITH INVESTMENT BANKS TO SELL DCIT INTO SECONDARY AND RETAIL MARKETS

Your construction of an illiquid market resulting from the failure to build strategic partnerships of the kind and scale necessary to maintain long-term volume has rendered shareholder assets hostage to management which is antithetical and contrary to the shareholder-management relationship. DCIT's effectively-closed market is also likened to a Private Placement agreement rather than the international trading market for a major public company. This conflicts with the spirit in which DCIT management offered, and we as shareholders purchased, the IPO round.

3. HEAVILY MARKET DCIT TO INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS ESPECIALLY INTERNATIONAL TERRAN BANK CLIENTS

You have uniformly failed to take full advantage of your management team's close relationships with ITB managers and clients as a way to help solve DCIT's liquidity challenge. This is inexplicable and unacceptable.

4. GREATLY REDUCE CLASS A PREFERENCES AND CLASS B RESTRICTIONS

We as your principal investment partners were willing to allow rights preferences to you as founders on the strength of your company's reputation and the quality of your offering effort. However, over the last four years you have demonstrated that your guardedness in this instance is little more than cover for shortcomings within your management team.

We look forward to your prompt and favorable reply as we do not desire to resolve this matter via litigation.

I thank you for your concern and we would be willing to implement some of these changes. Although we do require further information in regards to how some of those would be implemented.

Decima Technologies Releases New BeBot Version "Bonfire"

The newest version of one of Terra's most popular mobile operating systems is light on visible features but, is a hefty under the hood improvement. There are quite a few performance upgrades from the previous version for instance seldom used apps are automatically killed so that they don't put undo strain on your phone's battery. When your phone is not being used it will enter a "doze" mode were essential apps are still allowed to run so you alarm will still wake you up. Most of these upgrades have been centered around improving battery life and freeing up your phone's processing power to be used on other applications. In addition to these performance enhancements there has also been an emphasis on improving security permissions and making them more accessible and easy to understand. In addition to improved permissions this version of BeBot also has improved bio-metric software allowing for better overall security.

Decima Fears New Endralonian Nationalization

The technology conglomerate Decima Technologies today began moving its research assets from New Endralon back to Hutori pending New Endralon legislation. Decima cites the aggressive approach by the New Endralonian government to Hutorian business and the future security of it's research projects as the main reason for this shift. So far this only includes the R&D Projects although many New Endralonian employees of the company are reportedly applying for work visas so that they may continue working for the company. As of yet there has been no reports of Decima shutting down its server facilities although that may change depending on the political climate in New Endralon.
