Announcement on the Istalia-Rildanor Free Trade Agreement

Delamare S.A. applauds the governments of Rildanor and Istalia for the recent ratification of the Treaty of Friendship and Trade & Economical Cooperation between the Repubblica Istaliana and the Rèpublique de Rildanor. Not only will this make accessible new markets for businesses in both nations, but it helps consumers by offering higher quality prices at lower costs. We hope for further trade agreements with other nations.

That being said, the elephant in the room must be formally acknowledged. Rildanor's corporate tax rates and economic policies are debilitating to the long-term success of Rildanorian companies. These companies limit the profitability of businesses like Delamare, hampering growth and limiting production, while also discouraging investment in Rildanor by foreign companies. Delamare strongly urges the Rildanorian government to reduce the corporate tax rate, privatize industries that businesses rely on so they are more efficient (such as the postal industry), and make Rildanor more amenable to innovation and business.

On another note, the Board of Directors has been considering investing in Istalia following the aforementioned agreement. In particular, the Board is interested in making use of the Istalia Nuova program in order to set up facilities dedicated to research and development in Istalia. The Board will review more information on the tax relief and investment program offered by the government before coming to a final decision sometime within the next two years.

Announcement on Annual Revenues and Plan 4140

Delamare S.A. has made great strides this year. This year, the company pulled in 9,239,887.96 RCR in net revenues, a roughly 19% increase from last year, when revenues were at 7,740,000.00 RCR. Furthermore, Delamare S.A. has expanded operations in the Tiralouse canton in Rildanor, increasing hires at certain plants.

In order to ensure Delamare's continued success and profitability, we are announcing Plan 4140, an ambitious framework with a single goal in mind: to become the largest pharmaceuticals corporation in Terra. Currently, we are behind Kalistani-based ODEN. By 4140, Delamare S.A. hopes to surpass ODEN in both sales and revenues. We intend to reach this goal by expanding operations in Istalia, in particular, to potentially take advantage of enticing subsidies and tax breaks, and to expand our markets through the encouragement of the Rildanorian government to pursue further trade agreements.
