In 4065, the Société d'Automobiles de Labonne increased their share of Cano from 37.6% to 79.8% and reorganized as Groupe RSA. Groupe RSA also bought a majority stake of 54.3% in Astier, which along with Cano, became subsidiaries of Groupe RSA.
Renou Holdings was formed after the merger of Renou Motor Cars PLC and Renou Aerospace PLC in January 4136. Renou Motor Cars was formed in January 4136 following the relocation and restructuring plan submitted to the Board of Directors by CEO Marc Villette, which was approved due to Rildanor's 50% corporate tax and increasingly restrictive regulations. Renou Motor Cars PLC is a founding member of the Society of Automobile Manufacturers and Traders (SAMT), a Luthori trade association of automobile manufacturers, which itself was a founding member of the International Organization of Automobile Manufacturers.
