- Some info on the Commission of the Majatran Alliance from the partricracy's wiki:
Usually, as said, the Executive Commission's meetings sees partecipate the Heads of Government of the Allied Members but when to meet are the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and of Defence, it takes the name of Allied Commission for Common Foreign Policy and Defense while when to meet are the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Justice it takes the name of Allied Commission for Common Security.
Other compositions, when to meet are Ministers of other matters, also if they are not contemplate, are not prohibited but in that cases the Commissions will take the common nome of Allied Common Ministerial Commissions, however these meetings are quite rare given the fact that for several other matters the Alliance provides the formation of Allied Common Authorities specified for one matter (Allied Common Authorities for Finance, for Trade, for Economy, Industry, Infrastructures and so on).
Finally, permanent representatives and delegations from all the members' Governement, organized into the Committee of Permanent Delegations, ensure the day by day activities and managing of the Commission, prepares the agenda for the Commissions' meetings and it may also take some procedural decisions. It plays a key role in the elaboration of the Majatran Alliance's policies, as much of the negotiations between Member States on the decisions to be taken takes place inside it.
Only the Heads of Government, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defence, Internal Affairs and Justice and the Official Representatives/Delegates of the Member States are allowed to partecipate to the meetings and the works of the Executive Commission but this furthermore depends by the nature of the meeting.
(OOC: usually the Official Representatives/Delegates are the ones which should talk during the debates unless otherwise specified - namely if it's called a meeting between the HoG or of the two other compositions).
