Sir Kezkai Jezküst, Vanukean Ambassador to the Majatran Alliance:
It is clear from the Istalian delegate's response that his country's government sees the MUN as the future. A "worthy successor" to the MA, I believe was the phrase. Given that statement, Vanuku would be foolish to ignore the way the wind is blowing and given our recent trade deals with Cildania it is important to access free trade markets with the Federal Kingdom and other nations who are part of the MUN but are not part of the MA.

Therefore, we have decided to vote on the MUN treaty to see if the Grand Council wants full membership of that organisation while still retaining MA membership to ensure our economic and security umbrella covers as many Majatran nations as possible.

However, as was previously stated, in the long term it will be counter-productive to have two continental unions. So members of both organisations must, ultimately, consider merger or the complete phasing out of one and full transition to the other.

We are ready to work together so to try also to merge the organizations. We are open to all the solutions and all the proposals. What is certain is that we must avoid any clash or contrast on this point. Our continent cannot suffer other contrasts and tensions and other divisions, especially when all of us know very well who is a veritable menace for the stability of our continent.

All of us agreed in seeing as a menace the exterior interfences into our Continent and, we want say this today, we suspect also that the foreign interfernces could be considered as a factor which contributed to the worsening of the situation during the Jelbanian Crisis. All of us, as said, stated how the external interferences cause distress and concerns for our nations and our continent, so, also if we cannot forget the terrible act made by Vanuku, we cannot deny to agree with Wiel, as well as with Venetio, on this point. So, let avoid a contrast within our continent if we want defend us from the external influences ready to exploit the tensions and the contrasts between the Majatran nations.
