Aelius Celer Institute for Minorities Studies 4365: LGBT Rights in Majatra.

The ranking, based on legislation about 6 pillars (legalisation of same-sex activity, same-sex marriage, adoption by LGBT couples, LGBT in the military, laws about gender identity and laws about gender expression), has shown the plummeting rights of the LGBT community since the beginning of the century, where they enjoyed protection in a large part of the Majatran countries, to the current situation where only in four countries out of 16 they can enjoy full protection and full rights (Barmenia , Cildania, Istalia and Selucia).

High:

-Barmenistan (10/10):
Barmenistan is the most notable country in the ranking, specially because the legislative change the nation has experienced in a short amount of years. In less than two decades ago, the nation was among the most restrictive with the LGBT rights, and it has shifted drastically to embrace them.

-Istalia (10/10):
Istalia is the only other nation to score a perfect ten. The consecutive governments of the southern nation, no matter its political ideology, have understood the rights of this group to fully enjoy their lifes as they please, without anyone attempting to feel superior to them.

-Selucia (9.58/10):
Selucia, a traditionally permissive and friendly nation, was going to appear with no doubt in this ranking. Since the early 4100's, the nation has been increasingly introducing laws to protect the LGBT and other minorities.
Needs to improve: Help to those who need to change their gender in order to be themselves.

-Cildania (9.58/10):
The nation has exactly the same problem as Selucia.
Needs to improve: Help to those who need to change their gender in order to be themselves.

-Cobura (9.16/10):
Needs to improve: Involvement in same-sex marriages.
The nation has a perfect track in recent years for the LGBT group, but it fails in granting the right of getting married for same-sex couples, instead deciding that it is not a matter of the government to protect them.

Acceptable:

-Badara (8.75/10):
Needs to improve: Involvement in same-sex marriage.
The nation fails to recognize the rights of all its citizens to marry whoever they want, instead letting each judge/religious to decide if it is right or wrong. That is the major fail.

-Beiteynu (8.75/10):
Needs to improve: Government involvement in rights of individuals to express their true gender.
The nation, along with Barmenistan, is the other surprise in this list. It came from an oppresive government and knew how to transform itself in an open and tolerant nation.

-Zardugal (8.75/10):
Needs to improve: Discrimination in the military.
While the southern nation has a perfect record in LGBT rights, it cannot be tolerated a "Don't ask, don't tell" policy in the military, as if it would interfere with the fulfillment of their duty as a soldiers.

-Kalopia (7.91/10):
Needs to improve: Involvement in gender expression and civil unions.
The Kalopian nation has the combined problem of Cobura and Beiteynu. While it provides a wide range of rights and protections to its citizens, it fails in giving the basic rights of a rightful marriage if a couple decides so, and the right of everyone to change their gender to fully feel who they are.

Moderate:

-Jakania (6.66/10):
Needs to improve: Laws on gender identity and expression.
Jakania has shown its tolerance towards the LGBT group through all its history. However, in recent years, radicalism has been on and off in the nation, leading to some laws that have not yet be eliminated by the Government. The actual legislation declares illegal gender expression operations and gender identity.

-Deltaria (6.25/10):
Needs to improve: Government involvement in unions and gender expression, legalisation of gender identity laws.
While some expected to see this nation much lower, the truth is that the current legislation offers good coverage to members of the LGBT collective in Deltaria. However, currently the country does not recognize legal changes in gender identity, while preferring not to be involved in same sex marriages or sex change operations.

-Vanuku (5.41/10):
Needs to improve: most aspects.
While the nation is ranked in the moderate group due to mathematics, the truth is that it could also be degraded. While it is legal for same sex couples to adopt a child, and people can change their gender identity, the nation uses the policy of "Don't ask, don't tell" in its military, prefers not to be involved in the recognition of same-sex marriages and gender change operation, and leaves to local government the possibility to declare illegal the act of being a member of the LGBT group.

Low:

Critical:

-Kafuristan (2.08/10):
The best of the worst, mainly because its governments prefers not to be involved in gender change operations instead of declaring them illegal. In the same way, individuals can change their gender identity but if they are married, their partner shall agree (which is better than nothing). And finally, if a same-sex couple somehow manages to get married, they are given the possibility of adopting a child.

-Jelbania, Pontesi, Solentia (0/10):
The three nations can be included in one group as none of them recognize a single right for the LGBT group, scoring a perfect 0 in all fields of the study.

Aelius Celer Institute for Minorities Studies 4366:Women's Rights in Majatra.

The ranking, based on national legislation, has given a general approval to the Majatran nations, although scoring under 7 should already be considered as harmful for the status of women in modern society, and taking into account that no country scores a perfect 10, meaning no country has still reached a perfect equality between men and women in Majatra. Also, this raking shall be taken into consideration together with the LGBT Study, meaning both rankings together would display the real situation of LBT Women.
