Report on the Structure of the MAA

Mr President, Member Nations:

After analysis of the defensive requirements of the MUN through the MAA, I believe we should use the defence budget to set up a small standing multinational Allied Response Force. Each Corps of this force is made up of various units from the different member state countries. These forces can then be complemented by units from the various members states as and when required.

Similarly, a small rapid response naval force can be on stand by consisting of vessels from member nations on a rotating basis and the same can apply to the airforce. Again, these can be expanded if and when necessary from member states' own navies and airforces.

In this way we do not have to increase the defence budget but can have access to a rapid response force immediately and can bring in more armed forces as necessary if a conflict expands.

I suggest the new President puts this idea to the various member states to see if they are in full compliance. In terms of how many personnel and military vehicles/crafts each nation provides, I believe this should be relative to their military power - thus Istalia and Vanuku would provide the most.

The structure would be something like this, although this is just an example:

ACOs are Lieutenant-Generals (or higher) from MUN member states on a rotating five year basis. They command each of the multinational Corps and head up the HQ Staff Corps.

After intense deliberation with my staff and most member states i have come to a conlusion on adopting General Mrjkai Trmékez's MAA joint force plan.
We believe that, in the current political climate, we have an obligation to be ready for everything and to protect the member states of the MUN at all costs from possible foreign agression or terrorist threats.

The office of the president APPROVES the plan of General Mrjkai Trmékez's and shall make preparations to set up this quick reaction force
