OOC: we have the tweeters of Partocracy, so what about a topic of ingame memes, i.e., memes created by Terra citizens relevant to ingame aspects?

OOF... As a fellow memer and into the art of memes I support this idea. However, I do understand that some memes may not be appropriate at times. So, I'd see that the Memers of Terra should have some guidelines on what memes to post. Like you said, they should be PT related and IMO should reflect on RO that's going on.
