GCC members are international and national co-operative organizations from all sectors of the economy, including agriculture, banking, consumer, fisheries, health, housing, insurance, and industry & services.

Membership in the GCC provides opportunities for co-operative organizations to engage in global networking. Collectively, the membership of the GCC advocates for national adoption of the Kuzacotl Principles and other policies designed to strengthen the global co-operative movement.
