Mr. Ant Sancar, Jakanian Minister of Finance:Jakania supports the idea of investing in the preservation and promotion of our regional, national and continental cultural heritage. In addition to action by national governments, would there be a case to be made for a supranational body to allow governments to work together to this end?

Kafuristan would like to know the MEA's position on the recent actions of Vascania and Malivia, we believe that they are detrimental to the entire continental's economic success. Kafuristan has always provided oil and gas at discounts to fellow Majatran nations, something that we would like to continue in the face of a sense of cooperation.

The Grand Empire believes that in times where foreign powers try to harm a member nation's economy we as a organization must come to the aid of that member nation. Deltaria is willing to remove the discounts Kafuristan is giving us for their oil to help alleviate the economic trouble Vascania's and Malivia's actions have brought the country. We would encourage other member states to do the same and ask for the chairman to also see if there is something that could be done to aid Kafuristan. Unfortunately none of Vascania's or Malivia's actions are illegal. So we shall have to mitigate the effects of their actions together, as a association of economies

We appreciate the offer, we genuinely do and the Vascanian and Malivian actions have not caused us any great economic harm. It is the threats of violence against Kafuri-flagged tankers and ships that give us concern, Vascania has grown far more reckless and violent over the past several years and as an organization, while dedicated to economics, we cannot allow this to harm our regional economy.

Deltaria agrees that Vascania has overstepped its boundaries in recent years. While this is a economic organization i assume we are allowed to talk on action surrounding this topic. Especially as the harassment of Kafuri tankers is also a economic matter. What does the Kafuri representative like to see happening. There are a number of options on the table. But we would like to hear from Kafuristan first as it directly affects them.

We would join Deltaria in asking for the Kafuri Plan A.
Would point out Malivia is making a mistake and we may want to figure out a way to persuade herr there is a better path.

Kafuristan believes that the MEA should build a mutli-national, as this organization is already, team of escort vessels to support Kafuri and all MEA member state vessels across the world. We could easily use the pre-existing Majatran Sea Guard to so, piracy remains an incredibly problematic issue in this part of the world, especially on the open seas. Other nations have begun serious anti-piracy measures and that could be combined with efforts to counter threats from Vascania and it's apparent colony, Malivia.
The Kafuri Majatran Navy is going to be preparing to carry out these operations but we'll require multi-national support do to so.

As Deltaria is ramping up its maritime operations anyway we would be willing to offer the Kafuri's our support. Would it be an idea to create a anti piracy mission in the oceans surrounding Majatra? A multinational coalition of majatran nations each reserving a small number of ships for anti-piracy operations. Deltaria is willing to draft up a plan regarding this if all parties here agree.
