Honoured representatives, what in Tanhri's name are you cowardly dogs doing? Are your sailors such pissy ants that they need a navy to protect them from starved water rats in rubber boats? Or are you sneak dogs trying to militarize the Economic Association? In name of the Sky-Father himself the Kingdom asks Deltaria and Kafuristan to cease these aggressive and provocative plans right away and focus on peaceful resolution of their issues.

Deploying a navy because someone said a mean word only shows you for the true coward and warmongering beasts you are. Any man who feels offended at that statement I challenge to a duel in the Southern Wastes of Vanuku.

Finance Minister Bashir ibn Ortoq, Jumhuriat al-Badara

While not taking a side on the reasoning involved, we do believe a diplomatic approach is the correct approach at this time. With whom? It seems like it would be Vascania although Malivia could be a conduit.

Three things. First) Jumhriat al-Badara does believe this is the business of the MEA.

Second) Jumhriat al-Badara is not confident it knows what this is about. Is it piracy that Vascania decries but may be practicing. Is it oil. Hardly think so but if it is we certainly could have a lot of fruitful discussions with oil producers outside the MEA. Or is about Vascania harboring a pretender to a throne in Kafuristan. If that is the case let's talk seriously about that and resolve it.

Third) Some Free Radicals in their almost forgotten youth indulged in rowboat jousting(with spare paddles) and highly recommend it as a water sport. Jumhriat al-Badara would be glad to have a duel between some of its representatives and others as a contest but not as a masculinity, feminine superiority or courage confrontation.

Albert Kočí, Minister of Finance for the Grand Empire of Deltaria

Why does the Vanukean representative think this is an agressive move? Protecting your merchant shipping from pirate activity? This truly is a matter for this organization. Shipping lines of our member states need to be protected and stand at the center of economic activity going to the continent. We are unsure with who'm to enter talks, as pirates dont have a specific representative to send to international bodies. Deltaria believes a anti piracy operation around Majatra is the right thing to do. Just like the MEA-Indrala deal such a mission would be in opt-in form not forcing any member states to participate. If Vanuku has a better response to the harassment of our merchant shipping we are ofcourse fully open to hearing their input.

Ha! Koci, you are a spoiled man-woman! If you think "piracy" is a problem around Majatra you truly are a beat dog too afraid of his own shadow. Navies are for wars or to threaten smaller nations to do your bidding, not to play mommy and hold the hands of merchant vessels. Once your scared trembling hands stop shaking can you show me how big of a problem these "pirates" are? Because apart from your puffed up words, same with that Kafuri scared cat, we have yet to see any evidence.

We are thinking maybe our Drtarék friends have been making a mistake. This is very likeliness. We are insistings, Hydwasmouzijé boats are not doing piracies, is misunderstandings, and we are being quite sadness if we are being shots, as our Hydwasmouzijékai are not being excellent swimmers. Is religious thing for us. Please do not be shootings.

Albert Kočí, Minister of Finance for the Grand Empire of Deltaria

The government of Deltaria is highly displeased by the actions of the Vanukean government. Offering pirates protection, publicly shaming the MEA for doing its job and calling out on genuine concerns of a fellow member state. Why the Kingdom of Vanuku decides to throw away the security of fellow majatran states is beyond us but we highly condemn it. If Vanuku refuses to protect the economic interests of fellow member states Deltaria will take matters into their own hands and start a anti-piracy mission with the members of this organization willing to take their responsibility.

That is very nice for the government of Deltaria. But I think it shows enough that after asking for evidence of this "piracy" for two times now absolutely nothing was shown to any of us. The Snake Koci wants to militarize merchant shipping and make the MEA another military tool to bully the sovereign nations across the globe with. Do not fall for this, honoured representatives, we will stand ready to protect those that need it. Meanwhile we advice the Kafuri and Deltarian snakes to either show evidence or shut their traps, we ought to be doing more fruitful things here than chase imaginary pirates.

Stefano Adelchi, Istalian special representative to the MEA

The Istalian Government would like know why the representative of Vanuku express himself like a fish vendor into a market? This is an international organization where ministers and representatives of other nations meet to talk, not to insult or use such impolite language. If there are issues they can be perfectly expressed with a language more appropriate to such international forum.

If Vanuku doesn't agree in joining efforts to protect Majatran shipping it's not obliged, it's its right as well as it's right of the other nations of the continent to assure protection to their ships fearing the risk of harmful actions.
Then, we are talking about the protection of commercial ships, how can such decision be considered as harmful for the sovereignty of a third nation? Why there are talks about "militarization"? Militarization of what?

Our ships will be able to sail in security between our nations, protected by the join efforts of the nations of this continent which are interested in cooperate in order to improve prosperity for our Peoples through trade and economic growth.
And I would like add that my Government would be glad to join the efforts with its other Majatran partners and indeed propose to reinvigorate the Majatra Sea Guard expanding its scope including the active patroling of the Majatran waters against piracy activity assuring together the safeness and the security of our seas.

If Vanuku considers as useless for the nations of the same continent to work together to pursue common goals for prosperity and peace, nobody can force it to cooperate as well as clearly Vanuku has no right to blame or criticizing those nations if they agrees in pursuing such commons activities. How this can harm Vanuku? Why this should generate discomfort to Vanuku? Your commercial ships are free to seal whatever they want with the modalities they want and of course the other nations of Majatra are free to do the same as well as to decide with whom to carry out their trade affairs.
This is a free association of nations, they are free to partecipate or not. If a nation doesn't wish to partake the fruits of such international cooperation nobody will force it. If a nation doesn't want to spend money to put in place its forces, it will not have to pay a single cent and nobody will ask it to pay.

Perhaps the fish vendor from Vanuku would be wise to be suspended from this body if he will not remove himself from it. Vanuku, the sick man of Majatra.
