I propose to strip all rights from Malivia as soon as they officialy join because of there Criminal tribes act, Blasphemy Act, Zamindari Reform Act, Military stance on homosexuality, The government's policy concerning child labour and the greater Malavia act. The santions I propose: kick them from the ECEZ, deny them funds, and deny them voting rights. We see this neccesary aslong as Malavia hold up these laws. We would reject them but that is by nature not possible.

Can this be voted upon now that Malavia joined?

Despite reaching enough support in the PAC a ACON member state has voted no, the PAC chairman will now contact other member states, if a majority of member states approves the bill is passed.

-ACON and Lodamun will open a trade offices, meant to facilitate further growth in exports between the two sides and streamline the trade process
-ACON and Lodamun will designate eachother as preffered trade partners, allowing for greater frequences in trade between the two

Article 3 "Economic Activity"
-ACON and Lodamun will allow companies from both sides to freely do bussiness on eachothers soil, registering companies in both sides will also become considerably easier

Another motion is put to vote regarding Malivia. A member of the ACEC has proposed to strip Malivia of its ACEZ membership, take away their voting rights as well as cut funding from our various subsidy programs. Considering this is a delicate matter we shall first put this to debate.

Aslong as the greater malavia act is still the law and the criminal tribes act is still active we support this sanction.
