This is the headquarters of the ODNS, located in Jinppo, North Dovani.
All matters related to the ODNS are to be discussed in the HQ, with every member having speaking rights. Any new applications to join the ODNS will also be voted upon here, with a unanimous yes vote needed for a nation to join the ODNS.

Fellow esteemed colleagues. I would just like to say that North Dovani is honoured and gratefull to be part of this newfound organization, specifically created to preserve our territorial integrity and sovereignty and promote global cooperation and discussion between developing states. We welcome all of the founding members and look forward to fruitfull discussions within this body

I am satisified that I have been elected as a head of this organization and hope peace can be attained mostly in Terra. I also hope we can use the opportunity to provide humanitarian aid to countries in need and to refrain from using military conflict to resolve our issues together and abroad.

We certainly share the viewpoint of the Hon. Marina Herasymchuk representing Kundrati and sincerely hope the ODNS can be an instrument of peace and relief from suffering. We are happy to work with the other members to make it so.

Friends and comrades, the KU shares the honor and humility of playing a role in the founding of this organization, and congratulate Ms. Herasymchuk on her election to the head. May we be successful in promoting peace, development, and sovereignty across Terra.

Foreign Minister Nazir Duqaq, Janmahiriat al-Qalb:

Think there are a lot of things we could do that would be helpful to all of us. Today would like to address two of them.

The world Congress may one day return but currently it is not active. One thing not present that needs to be is a fund and a basic structure in place to furnish relief when a natural disaster occurs well beyond the capacity of a nation to handle in the short run. ODNS could do this and Janmahiriat al-Qalb believes it should.

Similarly, from time to time nations dissolve into civil war and regimes choose to oppress their citizenry beyond endurance so that there are refuges. ODNS could provide coordination of efforts to find a new home for refuges and could coordinate supplying refuge camps and centers with basic sustenance. Again, Janmahiriat al-Qalb believes it should at least until the Wold Congress is again functioning.

Kundrati is ready to accept refugees from countries stricken by civil wars. We are also willing to consider a fund for certain countries stricken by natural disasters.

We appreciate very much the response to our suggestion from Maria Herasymchuk, Representative of Kundrati.

What we think might work is our two nations stand ready to organize from this headquarters the humanitarian response to the next crisis that occurs of the nature we have been discussing.

In this case let us both provide a 5 million LOD fund to get things going on establishing an international refugee camp and logistic program in order to allow both our countries and the countries of the ODNS to take in refugees easily and set them up in smaller townships and camps. We can increase investment as time goes on of course.
