With civil wars in Mina and Rildanor, ODNS might want to do some humanitarian relief. Following lead of Trigunia might be a good start.

ODNS has resources for humanitarian relief that are going into play for the civil war in Rildanor. For the time being we will lend support coordinated by Trigunia but would certainly welcome leadership from the World Congress should it reenter international affairs.

I believe we should lend humanitarian aid to the peoples of Rilandor and especially to the hardest hit areas. Kundrati will remain neutral onto the conflict however we will stand with Beiteynu if need be.
