Posted: Wed Apr 19, 2023 5:15 amAfter conferring with the other members of OOPS, I can say we are willing to proceed as Tilmann Spindler, State Secretary of Trade, Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Kingdom of Dorvik suggested and fully merge OOPS with OPEN.
We would appreciate very much hearing how procedurally this could be done and what we need to know about how OPEN operates.

The formation of OOPS was a rather oddity in international relations when OPEN has been recognized as the de facto international organization for oil and gas exporting nations
