IML Decrees on Rightful Monarch on Sekowo

Good evening everyone, we have just been informed that the IML shall be making an announcement on the rightful heir to the Sekowian Imperial Throne. As we all know, the IML, the official authority of the monarchist across Terra, is the power that determines what is and what is not a monarchy. While at the same time they maintain a certain level of expectations that all monarchist must adhere to in order to be considered a monarch by the IML. With such a declaration, the IML not only gives financial aid along with connections for royal weddings, but it also allows for military support and the distinction being known in Terra as a monarch and not a Dictator. While some Dictators may claim to be monarchs, unless they have the IML seal of approval the leader is not considered by the monarchs of Terra to be one, and thus is not a monarch in Terra.

The IML has announced from time to time in issues of conflict who the rightful claimer to the throne of a nation is and has at times brought to justice criminals who hid as monarchist until the IML removed their support resulting in them becoming dictators instead of monarchies. While this system has proven effect throughout the history, it is only recently that the IML has decided that it will use more of its influence to shape the events that are taking place across Terra with the power that the monarchist and monarchies of Terra have given to it. With their massive financial aid and the leaders of the IML being some of the strongest and most powerful men and women in all of Terra, the powerhouses of Terra rest in the IML. With these powerhouses supporting its actions and goals, the IML is quite frankly an "Axis Alliance" in the Diplomatic, Financial and Influential worlds on Terra.

We now take you to the IML Assembly Chambers, where the monarchs, nobility, and aristocracy of Terra meet to debate and rule on the judgments of monarchs across Terra.


IML Assembly Chambers

As we move towards the Leadership Benches and Speakers Platform, I would like to point out key members of the IML that are in attendance for this highly important announcement. Behind the Leaders Benches sits the Leadership Council, who all have the title Chancellor of the IML. On the Council sits several of the great monarchs in Terra, including Queen Regina I of Drania and Emperor Ferdinand II of Hulstria, along with several other powerful monarchist figures in Terra, such as the Vasya of Trigunia Romanovich Mashkov the 2nd Duke of Petrovgrad, Chairman of the Axis HIH Prince Edward Jackson the 6th Duke of Geharon, and Staatsminister of the Hulstrian Government Gisela von Hortensiengau. Also on the Council but currently not sitting behind the bench is the Emperor George III of Luthori, who appears to be the one that is to be speaking to the Assembly of Monarchs and Terra this evening.

(Silence falls over the Assembly as camera zooms in on the Emperor George III of Luthori, and he begins to speak.)

"Fellow Monarchs of Terra, Nobility, Autocrats, Aristocrats and people of Terra. Today it is my duty as a member of the leadership Council to announce an IML decree on the rights to the Sekowian Imperial Throne. As many of you know, the nation was first revolution under the uprising of the a member of the recognized Imperial House, the Ishida Dynasty, but quickly before the IML could even act or clarify if the so called "Emperor" was indeed the true, just and rightful monarch and claimer to the throne of Sekowo, the revolutionary government began to not only incite riots and rebellions in fellow monarchies in Terra. But they had the audacity to attack leaders of the International Monarchist League. Now while the claimer to the throne incited these uprisings and challenged the other members of the IML, he failed to ever get the recognition that a monarch needs to be an official monarch of Terra. These challenges to the authority that the monarchs of Terra have invested in the IML for countless centuries and blunt disregard for the "Oath to Monarchs" the very code that we as a Foundation live and die by.

The allocations against both of the rivals are numerous and quite frankly not at all what are expected from a monarch. The claimer of the non Ishida family has broken the code on account of preventing the rightful family from ruling the nation. While the Ishida family member that claims to be supported by us here in the IML, has committed acts against the Code of the IML. This has led us to the resolution that neither of these two sides are fit to call themselves the rightful claimers to the Sekowian Imperial Throne.

It for this reason, that the Leadership council has decided to propose another family member of the Ishida Dynasty to the throne, one that has no ties to this upstart far flung family member who claims to have the Divine Right of Heaven. With the blood of the Ishida family running through his veins, this individual not only meets the requirements, but has been brought up in a the ways of monarchs and the code that rules us all. This individual while a distant member of several other Houses across Terra, it is his ties to the Ishida on his grandmother's side, the daughter of the last true Sekowian Empress.

It is with this that I ask the Assembly of Monarchs to give a standing ovation to the savior of Sekowo, the rightful heir to the Imperial Throne, and the Son of Heaven, Emperor Kenji Ishida, Duke of Garoda &ec.

(Camera zooms Kenji as he walks onto the Speaker's Platform and comes to the Emperor of Luthori. He bows to the Emperor who bows his head in recognition. The Emperor of Luthori then continues.)

"Kenrji this Assembly of the monarchist of Terra await to hear your vow to uphold the Code of Monarchs, by taking the IML Oath to Monarchs. To stand up for your people who are being oppressed under the heel of upstarts and Tyrants. This Assembly awaits your pledge to bring peace to Sekowo and her people."

(Camera zooms to Kenji who raises his hand and takes the Oath to Monarchs.)

The Emperor-Pretender Kenji Ishida, Duke of Garoda &ec taking the Oath to Monarchs

"I, the Kenji Ishida the rightful claimer to the Sekowian Imperial Throne, here by swear to the International Monarchist League to never attack, dethrone or destroy another monarchy, unless they attack my nation. I will uphold the international established laws of this organization of upholding monarchies, and promise that I will do all in my power to keep monarchies in power. As in the words of our founder, we will WIN for we are righteous."

(Camera zooms back to the Emperor of Luthori who turns to the Assembly.)

"House of Monarchs do you take his Oath to follow the code and the Leadership Council's declaration of him being the one and only rightful heir to the Sekowian Imperial Throne? Do you pledge to recognize him and only him as the legitimate heir and lend your support as the international monarchist community to him in his quest to free Sekowo? Do you approve to support him in anyway you are able in exiling the daemons which have emerged from hell that currently devour and destroy the lands of this rightful ruler? What Say You?!!!!!"

(Camera zooms to the entire Assembly.)

AYE!!!!!AYE!!!!!!AYE!!!!!!!

(Camera back to the Emperor of Luthori.)

Then so be it!!! The International Monarchist League of Terra here by Decrees that the rightful ruler and claimer to the Imperial Throne of Sekowo is Emperor Kenji Ishida, Duke of Garoda &ec. We of the IML pledge to support him with all our resources and power to help him reclaim his throne. We recognize that he and only he can be considered the monarch of Sekowo and shall support him and only him in being so. The two conflicting sides that claim the throne are both rejected and here by warned that the only ruler of Sekowo that shall have the Mandate of Heaven and be the symbol and leader of his people is the Emperor Kenji.

As the Speaker of this Secession of the Assembly of Monarchs, I, Emperor George the III of Luthori, hereby adjourn this Assembly. Long Live Emperor Kenji the rightful claimer and ruler of the Sekowo and her people. WE WILL WIN, FOR WE ARE RIGHTOUS!!!!!

Well that has been the announcement that many in Sekowo have been waiting to hear. With this decree the IML only shall recognize Kenji Ishida as the Emperor of Sekowo and thus anyone else that claims it will be considered a dictator, even if they are from the same family.

IML Declares New Rightful Claimers to Royal/Imperial Thrones

The IML today has passed two propositions that passed with full support, declaring that the Imperial Throne of Indrala and the Royal Throne of Kalopia now have two recognized rightful claimers.

In Indrala the Liu Dynasty has been declared the rightful claimers of the Imperial Throne of Indrala.
In Kalopia the House of Islyn, who also happens to be the claimers to the Royal Throne of Kazulia, has been declared the rightful claimers to the Royal Throne of Kalopia

While the Thorsson IX. Islyn(Known as Thorsson I), King of Kalopia, King of Kazulia, Duke of Islyn and Duke of Ulfmaerr &ec., has been able take the throne in Kalopia, the Liu Dynasty has yet to ascend to the Imperial Throne in Indrala.

However, with the passage of this proposition, the two families will not be the recognized Houses of these two nation's thrones.

IML ask the Commonwealth Alliance to take up Arms for Sekowo

The IML Leadership Council, in an unanimous vote of Aye, approved a Motion to have the Terran Commonwealth Alliance, a organization made up of nations under the rule of the decedents of the sons of the Universal Emperor Henry I of Luthori, Alduria a& Hulstria, to become the military arm of the coalition of monarchist nation pushing for Kenji to be put on the throne of Sekowo. This motion, while not a declaration of war by the CA, is basically the beginning of what many in the IML believe will lead to the military invasion of Sekowo by monarchist forces who wish to see the true Emperor on the throne and an end to the chaos that currently rules the nation.

With all eyes turned to the CA nations and the nation of Sekowo, it is only a matter of time before the First Act of this "War" begins.

IML Investigation under way on Selucia

The IML has announced that it is in the middle of a massive investigation into Selucia's claim at being a monarchy, but several issues have already been brought forward that present not only challenges to their acceptance, but possibly even retaliation from the monarchist community.

What has been disclosed is that the Leadership Council has been in a heated debate on what shall be done about the complete lack of respect for the culture and the rightful claim of the Barmenian Caliphate Throne. The invasion by Selucian "Royalty", which at this time is still considered a dictatorship, of the nation the occupation of that nation by them has caused uproar in the IML Assembly Chambers.

Questions have been asked as to how the IML can possibly recognize a monarchy that is taking over the lands of another monarchy while at the same time destroying its culture and people? While these topics are being debated more and more of the League are beginning to agree that Selucia should not be recognized as a monarchy and that it should possibly even face sanctions.

Sekowo's Rightful Claimer not Forgotten

The IML has confirmed that the Commonwealth Nations of Terra Alliance has agreed to take up the banner in the cause of Emperor Kenji Ishida, the rightful claimer to the Imperial Throne of Sekowo. The Alliance is expected to begin its movements in the next few weeks. With this on top of the Selucian crisis it would seem Terra is set to see quite a show from the leading Monarchies' and their Empires in the next few months.

IML Demands that Selucia Fixes this Incident or it will take Matters into its own Hands

The IML Leadership Council has continued their Inquisition of the Selucian and Barmenian issue that has been plaguing the International Monarchist League for the past few weeks. The Leadership Council led by many of the powerhouse of Terra, has grown tired of the debate and is fast approaching their last nerve on the issue. The aging Emperor of Luthori being one of the most vocal on the issue stood in front of the Assembly of monarchs and issued his final warning on the subject.

"To make it simple, either Rebecca is called back to Selucia and Selucia announces that it will support the Caliph, the only rightful monarch of the nation of Barmenia, or Selucia will not only lose its chance to be recognized as a monarchy, but it will suffer consequences for its actions of destroying a culture and implementing a tyrannical dictatorship of the scum from HELL, THE DAMNED KENNEDYS!!!!!"

This feeling it seems has been supported by the entire IML, either vocally or not arguing against such a case.

However, the representatives of the hopeful Selucian monarchy have continued to argue that they can not control the beast they have unleashed in Barmenia. Whether this is true or not, it would seem that the issue is starting to heat up in the IML, causing the calmness and dignified atmosphere, that the monarchs of Terra are know to exemplify, to shine tremendously in these hours of crisis.

Hutori "Monarchy" under possible recognition debate in the IML

The IML has begun to look into the possibility of recognizing the claim of the current "dictatorship" that they are the rightful claimers to the Hutorian throne. While this would be the first time the "100 years rule", as it is known, would be used to justify the ratification of a new Dynasty of a nation, the issue is still under debate and in its early stages. While it is hard to call at the moment, with the claimers to the throne of the Principality of Central Macon, the House of Lusk, direct line having died out, there is a good chance that the nation could become a recognized monarchy.

Sekowo’s Dictatorships’ continued retaliation of their rightful Monarch will not stand much longer.

The monarchs of the IML again promised to deal with the dictators that continue to rule the nation of Sekowo under an iron fist of corruption and damnation. The rightful claimer, Emperor Kenji Ishida, again expressed his concerns for his people to the IML and begged for them to act on the matter.

The IML Leadership Council has promised to do so, and has announced that they will strike, however when and where has yet to be seen. “That”, one military expert has been quoted to say, “is what has the Sekowoians scared so much. They know the IML is coming and yet they do not know when the first strike will come and how it will affect them. With the Commonwealth Alliance pledging to fight in the name of Kenji, meaning the two monarchists and Terra superpowers of Luthori and Hulstria, it is only a matter of time before Sekowo feels the burn of Imperial Steel on their lands.”

IML Determines Selucia is not a Monarchy but a Dictatorship

After weeks of debate on the issue, along with several demands by the IML, the Selucian Head of State, who claims to be the rightful monarch of Selucia, has decided to drop his claim in the IML and become known as a Dictator in Terra. The Dictator, who calls himself Imperator Constantinous I of the Royal House of Victoria, left with the following closing words to the IML:

"We appreciate the IML's consideration of our candidacy for IML status. Although things did not work out in the end, we value your time and interest in our great nation Selucia. We will unfortunately have to part ways with the IML in order to keep ourselves independent and preserve our House's influence in Barmenia and elsewhere. We fully believe that other Monarchies not associated with the IML will be sympathetic to our position and we have no fear of running our of royal stock in which to marry into. We find your absolutist thinking which will not allow for reason or negotiation in great contrast to our own values. We find any association with the Kennedys of the past to be inaccurate and disrespectful. We will strive for better relations with the IML in the future even if it does not allow for membership."

Upon which he was removed from the IML Chamber of Monarchs, and all possibilities for his titles to be recognized by the international monarchist community where dropped. By doing so, not only is the House of Victoria considered Dictators in Terra instead of Monarchs, but they are also not allowed to marry into any Noble families, and will suffer a complete embargo from all monarchies in Terra.

After the short announcement was made by the Dictator, the IML Chamber Monarchs erupted in laughter are the lack of substance the statement had. The Emperor of Luthori himself stood up afterwards and had to quite everyone down. However, it was only done so that he could point out to all of them how foolish theses dictators were, due to the fact that the only monarchs in Terra are those recognized by the IML. All others are just Dictatorships. Following which the Chamber again erupted with laughter and chanting of "Glory to the Righteous League!!!"

With this sudden turn of events, it seems another nation has fallen to a despotic group of demons known as the Kennedys. Now with Barmenia and Selucia under their influence, the IML is expected to begin discussions on how to control this monster from their past once again.

"May I remind this Assembly, what our ancestors unleashed onto this world? May I remind them of our promise that we made to the people of Terra on this creature from Hell. May I remind you that we are the ones that led Terra in a united front, the only time in all of Terran History, against the demons known as the Kennedy family. They were even at one point subjects in the Empire I now rule. I apologies on behalf of my ancestors that we allowed them to even grow up and have a chance for power. However, we can not fix the mistakes of the past and we must again stand up for Terra and the people who live in it. We will bring these monsters to the gates of Hell and we shall cast them back into it. We must stand strong and stand united on this front, for it is no longer a monarchist battle, no this is a battle for Terra and its soul. Its future. Its people!!!! Monarchs of Terra the time has come for us to not hide and cower behind the powerful few, but to stand arm in arm, and bring this Dictatorship that is fostering the rise of another generation of Kennedys to the ground!!! Rise my fellow monarchs and together we will lead Terra once again against the demons that have come to destroy our world and our future."

The above speech was one given by the Emperor on this issue just a few days ago, and with this action by Selucia to desire to be a Dictatorship, instead of a monarchy, it seems, the IML will once again be heading towards a united effort to bring down the new Kennedy threat.

IML Welcomes back the Caliphate in Terra

With the return of civil and intelligent control of Barmenia government establish, the new government has restored the leader of the Islamic world in Terra to his rightful position as Caliph of Barmenia. Kaliifà Haluk Bünyamin I, who is a direct descendent of the Great Prophet has not only set about rebuilding the once demonized nation, but has completely done a 180 in the course of the nation, and has brought peace and prosperity to a nation that was rot with corruption and decay. The Caliph has continued his reforms and with the support of the many different religious monarchs of Terra, has set about rebuilding the Islamic faith and proving to Terra that the Islamic church is no longer leaderless and is ready to once again unite all of of the Muslim nation under one Islamic Caliphate.

IML Welcomes a new Monarchy in Terra


H.M. The King of Rutania and East Dovani, Augustan I

The IML Leadership Council has unanimously voted Aye in todays vote on the acknowledgement of a new monarchy in the Commonwealth of Rutania. H.M. The King of Rutania and East Dovani, Augustan I will be the first monarch of the new Vandermark Dynasty to lead Rutania after the previous Royal Dynasty of Rutania, the Aschenbach Dynasty, had its male bloodline die out about two centuries ago. However, with the new monarch claiming his right to the throne through his lineage to the old Aschenbach Dynasty, by an ancestor several centuries ago, and the support of the Rutanian people, it was expected that this vote would go through the Leadership Council fast.

Sure enough it did, and now Rutania is officialy recognized as a monarchy in Terra under H.M. The King of Rutania and East Dovani, Augustan I of the Vandermark Dynasty.

The IML has Declared several New Monarchs in the Past few Decades.

Indrala a New Monarchy
The nation of Indrala has seen itself split into two different halves with each being ruled by a separate but recognized monarchy for the time being. In the north, a Noble Republic has been created in which an elective monarchy has been formed under the powerful noble family of Clan Deng, who seems to have a solid hold on the position as Paramount Leader, or there HoS. While to the south the Liu Dynasty has set up an absolute monarchy under the son of haven, the Emperor Huifu, who is like any normal monarchy in Terra and is by blood. By an IML Mandate the nation has been recognized as a duel-monarchy until the two lines can combined and form one united nation in domestic and foreign policy.

The Czar once again reigns over Delteria

The title of Czar now once again resonates throughout the monarchist titles in Terra once again as one of the most famous and for sure one of the most historical monarchies in Terra has been reestablished under a new Dynasty to signify the beginning of a new era for this nation. The new Czar has begun to work with the Hulstrians in handing over the title of Tars of Trigunia over to the Kaiser of Hulstria. For while the Great Prince is seen as the HoS of Trigunia, under the current Act that is the foundation for the Delterian Empire and the Great Principality of Trigunia, the Great Prince is the representative of the Tars who is the Czar of Delteria. This hand over has seen little resistance from the traditional Delterian nobles, who see this all as a means to begin anew, like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

IML Congratulates Vorona on reestablishing the Archduchy

The nation of Vorona, along with the Chamber of Monarchs, was filled this past year with cheers and celebration at the reestablishment of the Archduchy Government. With the reestablishment under the House of Rothingren-Traugotts, Bavoria branch, under its new monarch, Archduke Philip II, the United Archduchy of Vorona is set to once again be a great example of democratic and monarchist ideals working as one under a Governor-General who is elected by the people to run and administrate the nation.

IML Cheers for fall of Dictatorship in Selucia and prepares to deal with Sekowo issue

After the recent overthrow of the Dictatorial government of Selucia, which had been declared a Dictatorship by the IML several decades ago, the IML Chambers were filled with joy. While the organization and party that was responsible for the overthrew stated that it wished to establish a Republic and set up a counter part to that of the IML, many members of the IML felt it was better than seeing the nation under the heel of a Dictatorship.

Also in the Chambers this past year are the plans for the IML to finally address the Sekowo Throne issue as soon as the Commonwealth Alliance finishes its peace talks with the Government of Sekowo.
