Mr. Chairman,

About the subject of the status and rights of Observer States, as asked for by the representative of the delegation of Vanuku, the OMS Charter says, and i quote Section 2, Article 4 of the Charter;

Section 2: Membership

4) Observer States:
The status of Observer entitles Nations with large interests in Majatra to express their opinions and give advice but denies them voting rights. There will be no more then four Observer States at the same time and these four Observer States will be invited by the Organization of Majatran States to join the OMS as an Observer State.

I hope this is sufficient enough for the Vanukuan delegation to support any candidates for this kind of membership.

Haroun al-Rashid,
Foreign Minister of the United Badaran Emirates.

Mr Chairman

It is sufficient for Vanuku to take decision. Our favored nations (candidates for Observer status) are the same - Luthori, Lodamun and Egelion.
Also we would object strongly against other Observer nation from either NATO or Axis due to they are already represented by their HQ nations.

Thank you,
Arjen de Witt,
Chancellor (Eerste Kanselier) of Vanuku.

Esteemed Delegates,

The First Annual Meeting of the Organization of Majatran States (OMS) has been very productive. It is a testament to the friendship, cooperation, and good work ethic that are the hallmarks of all Majatran nations. May any and all other OMS meetings be as productive and enjoyable as this one.

As there have been few ideas thrown out lately, I propose that the meeting be called to a close.

As it seems now, we have unanimously agreed that a Free Trade Zone for Majatra is the best course of action to take at this point. The delegation from the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu will be more than happy to draft the agreement if it so pleases the other delegations.

Thank you once again to all the delegates and all the member nations of the OMS for this wonderful event.

Sincerely,

Oscar Weinstein,
Chairman of the Committee of the 1st Annual Meeting of the OMS

Mr. Chairman,

We would like to thank you for having hosted this first meeting of the OMS. My government sees this meeting as a succes and a starting point for new cooperation between the nations of Majatra. If no one has any other issues for the agenda, this meeting should get to a closure.

The Badaran government agrees that a treaty on the Free Trade Zone for Majatra should be drafted as soon as possible. We vote in favor for the suggestion that the delegation from the Commonwealth of Yishelem and Beiteynu will draft this treaty.

We are looking forward to see the members of the OMS at the next OMS meeting in Bier Qassem, United Badaran Emirates.

Due to vast changes in Kalopia, the delegation will be changed completely. The new delegation of the new democracy is now led by Manuel Kyrios, Foreign Minister of Kalopia.
