The Hulstrian Oylmpic Delegation firstly welcomes everyone to Kien for the 2nd International Olympic Committee Session; the Kaiser, His Imperial Majesty's Government, and the H.O.D. wishes everyone well. The Hulstrian Oylmpic Delegation shall be represented by His Imperial Majesty Archduke Heinrich of Hulstria, nephew to the late president of the Hulstrian Oylmpic Delegation, Archduke Leopold.

Seeing as Luthori held the summer olympics prior to the games held in Kien, we think it would suitable for the Olympic Artania headquarters to be in Luthori.

Luthori thanks our Hulstrian friends for proposing Luthori as the Artanian headquarters for the Olympics, more specifically Williamsborough, the site of the first ever modern Olympic games and naturally second that proposal.

We believe that Hulstria, as the second host of the summer Olympics, should be the headquarters of the Dovanian headquarters.
