We would like to request that Kmiko cease being referred to as part of the Ishida family as she and her line have seperated to form the seperate Yukio Dynasty, which the Ishida Dynasty accepts the seperation of.

The Hulstrian delegation does not think it will be acceptable if we allow Kumiko to assume the throne in Drania; there will not be any lessons learned and the war would've be for nothing if Kumiko is allowed to reign as monarch of another nation. Also I think my friends here in this conference will agree we need to start getting this treaty worked out and put before out legislatures, seeing as this has gone on for quite some time.

Kumiko Yukio has gone into hiding, as have all members of the Yukio family. She informs the western invaders and their lackeys that these negotiations have ended, and the Empire Magnificent will rise again and rid Dovani of the filth which comes from the western world.

Rutania suggests continuing negotiations with the legitimate Sekowan authorities, and that we give that government, and whatever agreement we come to, our full backing. We would also support the formation of a task force dedicated to finding, and bringing to justice, the Yukio family.

Seing that allowing Yukio Kumiko and the Yukio Dynasty to assume direct power in Deulatoji is not a practical option at this moment, the Dranian government will not pursue this goal for the time being. We will however, as the only Dovani nation independent from the West, continue to fight against Western imperialism. Also, we consider all ties with the nation of Sekowo and its puppet regime broken, until a national government is in place.

This may be of interest to the parties involved in this conference:

I will note that this will not go to vote until the early elections bill passes in Sekowo; and also I do not yet know if I have the support of Iori on this bill (so it may yet face some modifications). This version is written from total opinion of my party and its leaders in the national cabinet.

* Update: The bill will pass. The articles involving giving the death penalty to Kumiko had to be removed.

We vehemently protest against the Dranian statement that they are "the only Dovani nation independent from the West". Indrala is very independent, as is Sekowo, and the other nations of Drania. We do not see a label on Dovani that says "Owned by the West".

Also, we would like to applaud the efforts by the new Sekowan government in attempting to rid themselves of the Yukio Dynasty forever. May this bring everlasting peace to Dovani.

His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty Emperor Gustavus II demands to know what the Dranian regime means when it says that it will "continue to fight against Western imperialism". Unless this is immediately clarified, the Holy Luthori Empire will consider it a threat and a valid casus belli.

Furthermore, His Majesty believes that if found guilty, the only suitable punishment for Yukio Kumiko is death.

So now Luthori is so frightened by nationalists in Dovani that it takes verbal warnings as direct military threats? His Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty, the ruler of the overwhelmingly mighty superpower that is the Holy Luthori Empire, may consider the determination to support the struggle of Gao-Showa liberation expressed by a small and much weaker country as a casus belli, but this would mean that Luthori is easily frightened by even the smallest opposition. Our government is pleasantly surprised at how a few words uttered by our delegation can elicit such a bellicose response from the Luthori monarch. We are afraid, however, that such a reaction is exaggerate, as our government will, for the time being, use only propaganda and other means legal under international law to struggle against Western power in Dovani.

The mere suggestion that Luthori is afraid of Dranian regime is beyond madness. Luthori will simply not tolerate threats, even if they come from the likes of the Dranian dictators.

Now, Drania will pledge to fully repay the cost of the shells and missiles fired by the Holy Imperial Navy at the failed Dranian expedition as well as any of our allies' additional demands. Drania will then leave this conference and will henceforth not preoccupy itself of the business of the world and will not in any way oppose our interests. The Holy Luthori Empire does not recognize Drania's right to spew propaganda or any other form of hostile activities nor its right to fight so-called "Western imperialism" or "Western power", both vague terms having been used, and therefore doing so will equate with a failure to comply with our demands. Such failure will result in Luthori taking notice of the fact that we do not recognize the current government of Drania as legitimate and thus that until a time comes when a legitimate government is reestablished, Drania will not be extended the civilities usually extended to a fellow nation-state, such as guarantees that we will not blockade your shores and gas attack your capital, among other things of course. Quite the contrary, His Majesty already being extremely displeased with the Dranian regime, it would most probably prove nigh impossible to council against his decision to end your insignificant lives.

We do hope that this communication has been both clear and concise and that the Dranian authorities have fully understood what is required of them in order to fend off a premature and excruciatingly painful death.
