As We have passed the economic protocols.We will like to keep a track of Badara's economic growth and performance of its economy and currency based on the rules laid down in Economic Protocols over a period of 5 years by Particracy team in this link.

1) It will be a 5 years report of budget and performance.
2) Name of the party running the govt including all in coalition will be given.
3) Budget to be proposed in Badara will be a 5 members commitee.
i) Head of the GOVT
ii) Leader of Opposition.
iii) Finance Minister
iv) Foreign Minister.
v) The national Governor
There will be a consensus on budget here.Then it will be put in for vote for passing in the nation.It is being proposed in such a way to have better economic control.
4) GDP growth,Currency position and Unemployment rates(average of all region) will be matter of discussion in every 5 years.
5) If any foreign country wants to have foreign relationship he shpuld propose it here and that will be reviewd by this 4 member council to review how much benifit it holds for Badara.

As the Finance minster of Badara NPP declares the budget as on July 3244.As our beloved parliament has passed the following bill to accept Badaran Economic Council Npp declares the budget as per forum post 1 in this topic head only.All parties and members of Badaran council are requested to comment or roleplay or give their valuable suggestion.

In the old taxation policy persons earning above 86000 are being charged 49 percent and we get 731,031,878,402 BDR.I mean who wants to pay 49 percnet of his income and why will capitalist class be there to invest in our Badara?So what the Somenath has done is that We have covered all population earning above 10000 BDR and upto 150000 BDR ,we have divided them into slab taking only from 5 percent to 25 percent from this population and 31 percent from people or rich person earning above 150000 BDR respectively.My critics can say why will poor people pay more.As a communist NPP will like to say when we are providing so many facilities like free school ,free hospital, Basic minimum subsistence allowance and even zero tax on essential goods Govt can charge this nominal fee and this fund will be directed towads them only thorugh public spending.With this new taxation policy and also not charging as high as 49 percent We have made following improvement.
1) Less burden on all.
2) More Profit for Govt to spend for welfare.
3) Attractive destination for FDI or foreign direct investment in less important sectors as we have lowered the overall tax yet we are making profit.
Income after this taxation...817,728,000,000 BDR.
Income before this taxation..731,031,878,402 BDR.

I think BEC and Badara will pass it for betterment.

As demanded by NDC NPP changed and improved the relif in the tax bracket increasing it to 20000 BDR and the bill has passed as all party agreed to the income tax proposal that increases income of the state by 20 percent..
