Governor-General Edward Roderick of Greater Hulstria will attend the Olympic Committee on behalf of the nation. Should he need to depart for important votes or for emergency, the Foreign Minister will likely take his place.

OOC: Voting needs to occur within the next day or two and the olympic committees that aren't filled will not be allowed to vote (unless someone temporarily takes their place). Therefore the following committees have a vote:

Remember, voting for bids will be done by the IOC's 6 committee members and the host nation that held the previous Olympic Games; each of them shall have 1 vote. The voting is conducted in a succession of rounds until one bid achieves an absolute majority of votes; if this does not happen in the first round, the bid with the fewest votes is eliminated and another round begins. In the event of a tie, a special runoff vote is carried out, with the winner proceeding to the next round.

OOC: No. No way. That makes so many loopholes in that voting system, it's not even funny. Like take a look at this situation:

If radkid (I don't think he would, but he can do it easily) wanted to always host the Olympics, in our current state, he can befriend only one of us and can cheat the system to where the games would be hosted there forever. This is just one example of why this can't work. If you really want to do it like that for 'those with short attention spans', make it where the previous host can vote this time around so he doesn't have two out of five votes this time OR remove that system all together.
