To provide a non-biased forum for diplomats and world leaders from across Terra to meet and discuss issues relevant to their respective nations. This forum is not meant to sway any leader or diplomat to any particular position nor to stir controversy, but to offer a platform for all to voice their opinions and, hopefully, settle disputes.

Format:
The Conference shall begin with an open assembly of all delelegates, with the senior delegate from each delegation being allowed an equal opportunity to address the assembled body. Afterwards, it will be broken up into summits, each focusing on a specific topic. Any delegate is able to attend any summit and scheduling does allow for multiple summits to be attended. We do ask that a summit not be interrupted because of tardiness.
