After consulting with the Czar Court, Deltaria's cabinet, we have come to the conclusion that a reasonable compensation that the Republic of Cobura can pay the Deltarian Czardom is the equivalent of Deltaria's GDP for each year the civil war lasted, i.e. 9 years. We are, nevertheless, open to negotiations on this matter.
