Alorian Coalition of the right

I thought this might be effective in getting a programme of legislation through.

So list of things to decide.

A better name for the coalition/affiliation.
Law changes we can agree on to target and get passed.
Next Election policy.

I don't know if any of you have deals already sorted or not but i'm willing to help make sure the current coalition stays in power. Especially with that new socialist party joining just after myself.

Ok so first off, I feel Unions are too powerful in Aloria. The laws I think need changing and what I would change them to so as to address this is the following.

Collective bargaining: No employees may engage in collective bargaining
Closed shops are places of employment where only members of a specific union are allowed to work; union shops can hire non-members, but these have to become members after a certain time; agency shops can hire non-members, who have to pay a fee to cover the unions costs. All three are erected by union agreements: Only open shops are legal.
Employer's rights in regards to firing striking workers: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
Secondary Strike Action: Secondary strike action is illegal. Workers and unions can only go on strike for their own pay and conditions

So what do the rest of you think about the above?
