OOC: Did anyone invite you or your characters to this? As M13 said, this is a national conclave, so unless Moderation can verify that you were invited by a Lodamese player before making any of your comments, it would be wise for you to find something else to do. I think you got the relation wrong. The developments here may be relevant to Valruzia, but the views of the Valruzian government aren't relevant to us (especially if they aren't based on what is actually happening here). You can always write Valruzia's views in Valruzia's news thread, but they are not relevant to the discussion.

This is an internal Lodamese issue, and I wasn't the only person who said anything about it, so please do not single me out.

Now it's fine if you're going to participate, but at least say things that make sense. Even if you're going to ignore the first part of this sentence that I said, at least pay attention to the second part:
Siggon Kristov wrote:Please do not participate in this thread if you are not a Lodamese player, especially if you don't know anything about what is going on in Lodamun.

At least the other players said things that made in-character sense.

redoct wrote:I'm not going to shut up about affairs in a neighboring country simply because one player would prefer if I didn't do so.

It's not just "one player" - 3 players (not including Captain-Socialist whose character gave a general warning against foreigners overstepping their boundaries) so far have confirmed that you are talking nonsense. If you, a non-Lodamese player, are going to comment on the affairs of Lodamun, at least learn about them first. What you have commented on isn't what is going on in Lodamun. You have commented on something else that you imagined.

Multiple times, you have insisted that you won't shut up. That is unfortunate. I am not telling you that you must shut up, but multiple players would appreciate if you did. Even if you won't shut up, you don't need to be in this thread. You could start a new thread or write some crap in the Valruzian news thread. If your sole intention in commenting in this thread is to upset players, you may end up in trouble with Moderation for malicious intent.

(OOC: the only person who seems upset by a two sentence comment is you. I've no idea what your issue is with me, but to be honest I don't really care - in future if you see a comment by me which you dislike do the sensible thing and ignore it rather than going into a lengthy OOC spiel about how ignorant I am. You are making a mountain out of a molehill.)

I'm not upset by your original comment (which was a paragraph, by the way). My response to it was very short. The 2 points I made were specifically directed to your comment, but the last sentence was something general for everyone who is "not a Lodamese player" as it mentions. What is upsetting is the bitchy way you took the response. Even after that, someone said something to you and you still mentioned me again when I hadn't said anything else. Whether IC or OOC, I'm not the only person who has said that foreigners aren't supposed to be in this conference. As far as I'm concerned, it is already ruined so I don't care much to continue it.

(OOC: *sigh* you couldn't let it drop could you. LNC invited foreigners to comment where they deemed it important, ergo I commented. Get over it.)

Actually, he politely said to shut the fuck up until you actually know what's going on, then comment when you have something important (after knowing what's going on)... He just has more patience for bullshit than I do.
M13 wrote:LNC would like to make clear that we would appreciate this conclave to have religion as an issue and that we would appreciate foreigners to silently hear out what is being said and only interrupt when they feel they have an important issue to share with us.

He wasn't encouraging interruptions. His message was actually a response to interruptions.

EDIT: Moderation can verify that the LNC player confirmed that this post was "planted to stop intervention of foreigners" - redoct did not comprehend the LNC player's comments properly.

(OOC: I felt it was an important issue, ergo views were shared. You may disagree with that decision but that is of zero relevance. Now you can either:

1) Continue to try and provoke a pointless argument by telling me how wrong I am and how I don't know what the fuck I'm talking about; or...
2) Do the sensible thing and drop it)

I originally addressed that in a very short comment with 2 short points. My lengthy post was in response to you writing paragraphs in 2 OOC posts. I didn't even say anything before you made the 2nd post and you still felt the need to mention me. I make 1 tiny OOC comment, and you go off to write 3 OOC paragraphs. This was already ruined. If you couldn't drop it before, I don't see why I should drop it now. If you don't care, you wouldn't be saying anything about me not dropping it.
