OOC: Before you start pointing out a date you need to figure out how the events are going to work, you need to bid for a host nation and you need someone to RP the events. If you don't have this it will not be able to takeoff.

I was thinking we could start by having the host nation selected (I could run that if you desire). We could do this by notifying all of the HOS and HOG parties in nations that will participate in the Cricket Tournament, that we are having a host nation biding process and they are welcome to place a bid. We must get that set up fast and we need to figure out how bids will be voted on
When the Tournament actually begins, the best way in my opinion to run the RP matches is through a random dice simulator and give each nation a number.

Yes, Please run for bidding in which all the nation's who has ratified the treaty have one vote, The nation who gets more votes will win the bid.
I actually don't know about dice simulator what it is? ??

I hereby request other member nation to give a chance for ALORIA to host the first cricket world cup. As cricket birth place took in ALORIA. We strived hard to establish this organisation. Moreover we are well known for hospitality.
I also declare that one nation which hosted the world cup once will not host another cup for at least four cups to pass. It is only exempted under grave condition.
I request fellow members to accept our proposal and visit ALORIA as early as possible to enjoy first cricket world cup
