The Socialist Republic of Ikradon shall be represented by Chancellor Winston Vickerson and Glorious Union of Peace and Love Politburo members Sam Roosevelt (Party Secretary for Diplomacy and Ulterior Manipulation) and Raphael Sturz (Party Secretary for Embezzlement and Inflation).

We anticipate much progress in this conference, and hope that nations recognize the legitimacy of the Glorious Union of Peace and Love Politburo as the de facto administration in Ikradon, as well as understand our obvious differences on little unimportant matters, like human rights.

The Glorious Union of Peace and Love will not accept any binding international treaty, as they tangle the great nation in the affairs of other countries and break the firm policy of isolation and self-reliance upon with the Glorious Union is based.

The Glorious Union of Peace and Love would like to remind that Foucaldian Fortitude Party that policies of ethnic cleansing must be pursued in order to make a strong state of able bodied drones. These policies are not unconstitutional whatsoever.

The Socialist Republic of Ikradon would like to declare its intention to pass a formal resolution to ban all foreign trade into its borders. There is nothing the World Economic Conference can do to stop this.

The Hutorian Finance and Trade and Industy Ministers, Harold Marelle MP and Michael McLellan MP have arrived at the World Economic Conference in the face of massive international opposition. Hutori is led by the HNP who control all 391 seats in the House of Parliament. HNP Economic policy has come under much scrutiny having recently undertaken the decision to nationalise all areas of industry, infrastructure and have banned stock exchanges. Hutori has also banned all forms of international trade and the only area of free market economics left in Hutori is the recently introduced slave trade.

Hutori has arrived at the conference to defend its stance on the economy and to spread the work of Socialism across Terra.
