The Miyako skyline, where a conference on Mikokuzin unity has been called by the government of Mikuni-Harustoria. Dankuk, Sekowo and Indrala are all expected to attend.

November 3856 - The government of the Great Empire of Mikuni-Harustoria has called a conference on the formation of Mikokuzin Union, a ambition long held by Gao-Showan Nationalists but never before achieved. This follows closely on from Wu Yuno's inpromptu speech calling for a Mikokuzin Union at the Ishinawa Conference, in which she stated that it was the "only way to properly bring order to the continent" and "shut out interfence in our regional affairs by Western powers".

Such a union would be immensely powerful, especially considering the power of the Hulstro-Mikun military, Indrala's immense influence and prestige and the much-expected resurgence of Dankuk on the world stage. However, many doubt that full union will realisable, given that nearly all the states involved in the negotiations are authoritarian monarchies who will wish to retain control within their own realm and will likely reject vassalisation to any other monarch. However, pan-Dovani and pan-Mikokuzin sentiments are running high - and to reject these negotiations unilaterally would risk another wave of radical pan-nationalist uprisings which have caused chaos in Dovani in the past.

Dovanian representatives, we have found ourselves yet again at a time of great opportunity for the future of our people and for this continent. Where past conferences have failed, I hope that we can find success in finally establishing a Mikokuzin Union. Such an entity will be unmatched in power and prestige; the benefits of such a union will bring endless benefits to our communities, our businesses, our governments... to all realms of life and society. We all come from different strong cultural and national identities, but at the same time we are also all united by a common Gao-Showan bond.

If we don't finally act to form a Mikokuzin Union, when will we ever accomplish the goal? No more delays! Never again will the West think of meddling in Dovani, let alone with any Gao-Showan nation. The Mikokuzin Union will bring protection, prosperity, and peace to all our peoples.

"We welcome the comments of the esteemed Crown Prince, it is imperative that there be no more delays on this, the moment of our historical destiny.

In the primordial times before this continent was settled by the West, there was a great and profound unity between all peoples, it was a untouched paradise, ruled by the Great Yellow Emperor. The Empire of Great Mikuni, called by the barbarians Gao-Soto, stretched from sea to sea. The peoples of the steppes and the mountains paid tribute to the Yellow Emperor, who protected but did not oppress them, as did the ancient and wise Kings of Baeguk, glorious ancestors of the esteemed crown Prince. This was the natural order of things, as decreed by geography, history, language and culture. However, the settlement of our continent by Artenians resulted in the drawing of unnatural and arbitrary divisions amongst the great Gao-Showa unity.

Now, at long last, the ancestors of those settlers had become part of our superior culture, and are our brothers and sisters under heavens roof - we have taken all that was best from the West and improved upon it. We have not only modernised, we have overtaken! Therefore, we must cast off the geopolitical restraints that have turned kindred peoples against each other.

However, we must not imitate the colonial empires and nation-states of the westerners. Our Union will be one of sovereign monarchs and sovereign states, as in the primordial past. We propose therefore a federal union, with a single currency and a common civil service, with a assembly. We will allow for any who wish to opt out of the new currency will be allowed to do so. All we ask is that it be clear that there is a Mikokuzin Union, which will defend our continent from ever again falling victim to Imperialism, reckless "Humanitarian" interventions and racist settler based Apartheid. We will establish a force for order - and from order comes peace.

Wu Youren Courtesy Name: Lifa
Grand (Crown) Prince of the Heavenly Kingdom of Great Indrala and the Gao-Showan people

On behalf of my father, His Imperial and Royal Majesty the August-Sage King of Great Indrala and the He Dynasty and the Gao-Showan peoples, I would like to thank Their Highnesses, my siblings-in-law, and His Majesty, my father-in-law, for hosting this conference of Gao-Showan nations.

Many times, a Gao-Showan Union has been tried. All of these times have failed. Even in history, the tributary empire of the Gao-Showans is skewed. Some say Mikuni was the foundation of Gao-Showan civilization and culture, while others say Indrala. Despite these historical occurrences of failure, we should all strive to create a union of sorts.

The proposed foundation for this union is good and essential. Those with knowledge point out that a true political union is out of the question and they are correct. That is why a union based on commerce, trade, culture, and defense has been proposed. Great Indrala is fully in agreement with this proposal.

Let us try, once more, to unite for the peoples of Dovani and the Gao-Showa everywhere. Our brothers and sisters reside in Kizenia and Kuzaki, Kalistan, Tukarali, and the countries and areas that made up the long forgotten Empire of Ananto. We must fight for them and represent them on the world stage. For too long has Dovani and our people been subject to Western imperialism and Western ways. We must defend our culture and civilization, for their is only one Center of Heaven, and that resides with the Gao-Showa!

Hideo Hirano the Sekowan Minister of Foreign and Dovani Affairs

We thank our hosts for organisating this Conference. With the Ishinawa Conference now dissolved, the Divine Kingdom of Sekowocan speak her mind freely, freed of the bonds of playing mediator. We have made it no secret, even during the mediation, that we find Lourenne's government to be an odious regime and since we suspect that Sekowans are not part of the 'Great Master Race', we fear greatly for Lourennaise-Sekowans and other minorities in that country.

That stated, we also wish to say that we view this as a tiny speck compared to the primacy of the issue of Mikokuzin unity. Even as we denounce the Lourennaise regime, we would denounce outside interference in what are Dovanian affairs strongly. We are not suprised by Lourenne's behaviour though since it is a settler regime, they could never emulate the great cultural harmony found between different groups in the Mikuni Empire.

The Divine Kingdom thus endorses this idea fully however we would add that the Conference take care to pick a model of unity which will allow for mutual strength not single nation domination. In the years that Mikuni has been apart, we ought to recognise that certain political differences have developed and should endorse a system which recognise that true strength would be in political diversity.
To live outside the law, you must be honest.

Luthorian
Good Morning All, recognizing the need for Development of the Nations of this continent, The Government of the Republic of Kazulia has been charged with the task of Introducing the development of the nations of southern Dovani. Currently we have the use of "free travel" within Dovani, this means that the nationals of the nations of dovani will not have to use a "visa" to travel to other nations within the Mikokuzin union. We have also began plans to provide free electricity to the south as a way to counter their economic problems. A Large dam on the Hispat river will be built in order to ensure that free electricity is provided to the south. Although the nations of the south have been hit by economic problems, the nations of the north, believe that, that can be changed. We are working on developing a monetary fund for the nations of the south to get back onto their feet. We are discussing whether to let the countries pay back the money loaned when they have regain economic stability within their nation or to let the country accept the money as a "donation" which means that the money will not have to be payed back. Kazulia is currently trying to find space in its national budget to start of the fund. The next move would be the bring education into the bracket.

Statsminister Lucas Christense during a Podcast from Kazulia to the Mikokuzin Union.

Host: This is Your Voice, the real voice of terra, I'm your host Kawano Ikki. Today we have a special guest with us today. Statsminister Lucas Christense.

*Lucas Christense begins speaking Gao-Showan*

Christense: Thank you for allowing to be here Ikki.

Host: So Mr. Statsminster, as seen in the newspapers you and the secretary general of DOVCOM have both decided to provide free education to those in the south of our continent? Is that true?

Christense: Yes That is very true, as you know the cost of education is very high these days private educational institutions are raising the price or fee on parents for their own profit. To me i see these corporations as big wolves trying to blend into the herd of the educational system. They seek for profit, but do not take into consideration what the parents have to go through. Those Private schools do not have to care, they don't have to think, where is my next lunching coming from? When will i be able to get another pair of shoes for the children? How will i pay these bills. No, they are blinded by their own success and riches.

Host: I fully agree with you, because it is very happy to see these children waking up for schools so happy to be waking up for another day. But its also sad to see that their parents have to cover up the fact that they cannot afford things for their kids that the Higher Class Parents may be able to afford for theirs.

Christense: It is. So we have bought together a team of highly professional individuals in the educational herd to formalize a plan which would bring free education to all. The plan is to pump funds into the various departments of educations of the nations to the south and also take matters into our own hands by providing textbooks, notebooks, pen, pencils, bookbags; the necessities for school to ensure that we can achieve our goal. Currently my government is trying to find a space where we can take some money and put it aside from our 3870 National Budget to ensure that we will have enough money to provide the children with the necessities. I have contacted the Government of Indrala to provide the children with daily lunches for the children. How this will work is that in the early hours around 4-9am ,planes, helicopter or boats will transport the lunches from Indrala to the the main land. Where after they will be driven to the many schools across the continent by volunteers. The best we can do is provide breakfast and Indrala will have to handle the lunches. This is all we do until funds is sent in from various nations.

Host: Well, on that note I would like to thank Statsminster Christense for being here. And I, we hope to see you back here to tell us more about the plans of the future.
