Relocation of KFS - Summit for Bids in Tian'an

Postby Siggon Kristov » Fri Jul 03, 2015 5:32 am

After the disappearance of the paperwork relating to the KFS treaty, and after the possibility of a collapse of Lodamun's political system, KFS is now taking bids from all countries (including Lodamun) to decide where its headquarters should be. The headquarters will provide thousands of jobs, technical assistance to the Finance Ministry, and education resources for students of degrees related to Finance or Economics.

Any country may send 1-2 of the following officials to sit at this conference:
- Head of Government
- Minister of Foreign Affairs
- Minister of Finance
- Minister of Trade & Industry

The conference is being held at the GNRG's office in Fort Karav, in the province of Kregon, in the Great Democratic Republic of Lodamun.

The institution is looking for a country with:
- a balanced or surplus budget
- at least 1.5% of GDP being spent on Finance
- at least 2% of the world's spending on Finance
- a stable and efficient political system

The conference will be chaired by Kevin Landau, the new CEO of Karav Financial Services. He reserves the right to expel the representatives of any government, based on their conduct in the conference or for any other reason.

The Principality of Vanuku has decided to participate in this conference, the delegation is headed by Minister of Finance Herlkai Schumacher. The Minister is assisted by several Vanukean economics and government employees from the Finance Ministry.

Minister Herlkai Schumacher:
We wish to thank mister Landau for receiving us here. I have been requested by my fellow cabinet members and even the Prince himself to represent our proud little nation here. Together we believe we would be a great place for the KFS to settle. Our budget has a small surplus, the taxes have been reorganized and the Finance Ministry is very well funded, receiving 5.72% of the total budget. Our economy is currently in a little slump, after decades of civil unrest and piracy. Yet our hard work has brought it back on a rise and the future looks very bright for our economy, the settlement of the KFS would make it even more brighter.

Of course politically our nation is not yet stable. The National-Socialists are ill-mannered criminals seeking to isolate our nation and plunge it back into oppressive chaos. But we believe in progress and we also believe that if we fight on long enough they will disappear. Even though our nation is not perfect we are still here to show that we have hope and great potential. In five years our nation will be as strong as it ever was.

The bid from Vanuku has been accepted by Kevin Landau, and is being reviewed by the Board of Directors. More bids are still being taken.

Representatives of the Lodamese government have been barred from participating in the conference until the Lodamese government unfreezes KFS' assets.

Upon receiving KFS invitation his excellence GOLIEERENDRA( President Aloria) sent me (Cadoc Siarl Llewellyn) foreign minister Aloria.

Herr GOLIVEERENDRA assured incentives will be given to KFS if they look down to open their Head Quarters at lalynmor, Sildar. He also said us to inform you that ALORIA is a democratic and Peaceful Nation with Surplus budget. We would also help the company by providing land in lalynmor for the construction of their office. We will provide all the licences in Single Window system and also many incentives. We could help KFS to extend their sub-branches through Artanian continent with our Influence

In a surprising move, the Federal Republic of Ibutho has indicated they to will be making a bid for the new corporate headquarters of KFS.

The Ibuthoi delegation is dually lead by Minister of Finance S'phamandla Wandile and Minister of Foreign Affairs Lungelo Umklomelo.

Minister Wandile
We would like to thank Mr. Landau in advance for the chance to represent our nation here at the table, and will state that the Federal Republic is greatly interested in having KFS move their corporate Headquarters to Isizinda. The Federal Republic is a rising star on the Artanian continent. Following over half a decade of civil war, we stand here five years later, our economy mostly restored, and the damage widely wiped away. President Mopoho has managed to bring stability, order, and prosperity to the Ibutho nation on a politically, military and economic level. Our most recent budget will be pushing the Finance Department to receiving almost 10% of the total budget, and approximately 2% of our GDP, with our nation's newfound drive to grow Ibutho from simply a nation that has been abused by its neighbours, to a continental leader in the world of finance. Furthermore our government has posted surplus budgets since the reestablished of the IKD as our currency, and currently hold onto a 50 billion LOD reserve of foreign currency reserves.

We thank Mr. Landau for his time, and wish the rest of our honourable colleagues the best of luck for this contract.

"The Artanian Union hopes that the Karav Financial Services considers the member states of the Artanian Union for their relocation. Artania has long been a bastion of democracy, freedom and development. We are one of the leading continents in the world for our development and economic output, it would be wise for the KFS to relocated to an Artanian nation. If KFS wishes we can send a delegation to discuss the current situation of the Artanian Union's member states economics as well as our own economics."
