A note from Prince Regent Sekou Sidibe, Great Farin of Talmoria

The Kingdom sends Sheikh Salou Cisse as its candidate to chair the Council of Agricultural Minister. Sheikh Cisse is a man of unimpeachable integrity and wide experience in the agricultural sector. He served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture from 3941 to 3959. As leader of the Cisse tribe, he has always shown great skill in reconciling divergent factions and played a great role in negotiating the recent deal which brought back stability to our beloved homeland. In this mutual quest for greater cooperation and prosperity, few can be found that are as qualified as this most honourable Sheikh.

While we wait for the rest of the Representatives to get settled, I believe that we should begin. The Eight Economies is a fantastic step in the right direction, it truly is, it allows us to work together to cooperate and be prepared for whatever comes our way. We have an incredibly powerful united economic front now to face the challenges of an ever growing world.

Our first item on the agenda is that of our Basic Principles, I have come up with several and I would be interested in seeing what you all think of it. Please, add your own, state you do not agree or whatever you feel.

1) Promote peace, order and stability throughout the world through beneficial economic policies;
2) Establish an International reserve to benefit member states in times of dire need;
3) Enhance the global economy with strategic investments and sensible economic policies

The Principality of Vanuku nominates Duke Dnkai van Tratsburgh for the position of Vice-President of the Eight Economies.

The Duke is one of the nation's leading economists and most respected writer on economic issues. The Duke has been a party member for decades and has been a leading individual in the financial sector, sitting at the rear of several successful banks and other institutions. The Duke has always remained outside of active politics and accepted the position solely so he could co-lead the EE into becoming a better organization for the benefit of the nations, not individuals.
