In response to the Trigunian delegation, Deltaria would only resort to population control in the event of an immidiete threat to the citizens of Deltaria, for example a slave uprising in which Deltarians are killed would result in the population elimination of those responsible parties. The world wants to know why we are pursuing these policies now, Deltaria is a land of the nobility, a land of hierarchical authority, this is our way. We believe we live in a time of great change, an auspicious point, perphaps we stand on the verge of a new era.

We thank the Deltarian government for its aim to invite the rest of the world to dialogue and settle any potential misunderstandings surrounding this. The Pontesian government does not agree with slavery and does not support its reintroduction anywhere in general. We sincerely hope that the Deltarian government will not allow its business to expand to people from our country, or any other country that does not wish to participate in this.

With that said, we respect Deltaria's democracy and national sovereignty. We understand the problem that Ahmadi Majatrans can pose for a civilized country. The Crimson Crusade evacuated a large portion of these people from Pontesi a few centuries ago. They now form a very negligible potion of our nation.

As a peace-loving civilised people, we condemn the rash and reckless response of several countries to this matter of Deltarian internal affairs. In particular, we are concerned about Gaduridos' making a military matter out of this. Gaduridous seems determined to start another unnecessary military conflict in the already so troubled region, and to create chaos in all of the countries between them and you, by inviting these troublesome and backwards people to their country. Some 800 years ago, the Pontesian Imperial East Terra Company left Gaduridos with the belief that Gaduridos had been developed to the point that it would not turn back to Bongo Bongo Land. Perhaps Gaduridos was better of as a Pontesian colony after all.

Article I
All Signatory nations agree to come to the military aid of any and all signatory nations that are attacked by an outside nation. This defense agreement pertains only to defense wars

Ariticle II
All signatory nations shall agree to membership in a JOINT DEFENSE COUNCIL (JDC). This JDC will maintain a military force that shall consist of voluntary military contributions from all signatory nations. These military contributions shall be organized and maintained by their nation of origin. The JDC will be headed by a chosen represenative from each signatory nation, the mission of this organization shall be to formulate and prepare Coordinated Defense Strategies for every eventuality. JDC may only be mobilized with the 2/3 approval of legislatures within all signatory nations.

Article III
All signatory nations agree to come to the economic aid of pact-members in the event of Trade sanctions or Embargoes. All signatory nations are required to consider halting all trade with any nation that imposes sanctions or embargoes on signatory nations.

As the sole representatives of the Gaduridan people at this conference, we would like to clarify not all within the Federal Republic are supporting these insane measures. The Deltaria Exclusion & Preparation of Conflict Act is being supported by the Social Democrat Party and their unwitting allies in the Conservative Union. Alfredo Gentile, who won the presidential race at the beginning of last year, was even in the process of resolving issues with Deltaria; that was until the SDP voted for new elections, and had him voted out of office. They abused the democratic process to continue with their goal of war and conflict. We are here to attempt to defend Deltaria's right to protect her people and identity, and to show that not all within the Federal Republic desire to go back to "Bongo Bongo Land", as the honorable gentleman from Pontesi has said.

We believe that while Deltaria and her allies should seek to coordinate a defense, there should likewise be a move to put pressure upon the SDP administration, be it economic or military. This move will gradually turn the populace against the SDP, and more towards the other, far more rational parties of the nation.

As asked I have consulted the President of the Collegium of Foreign Affairs and he has told me to voice his opinion. After consulting with the Collegium of War, we cannot agree to sharing information with the nations around us. I am sorry but we cannot. We hold key information which would change the course of the these talks, and we would rather keep them to ourselves. We stand somewhat on the same line with the Jelbainian Delegation. Article 2, I think that Armed Forces across the globe would call that somewhat a Rapid Reaction Force and a Joint Counter-terrorism Unit.

We regrettably must reject any Security Agreement being tied what is purely a trade agreement for us. We are not interested in an alliance to defend Deltaria's questionable racial policies, something which would mean raising taxes on our Majatran population to defend the degradation of Majatrans. If the Deltarian Empire wishes to negotiate a joint defence agreement, it should untie that from these proceedings. This conference is meant to resole the dispute over Deltaria's trade practices.

As for these silly and badly defined sanctions by distant, outside nations which do not know anything about Majatra's social structures and wish to practise moral imperialism, the Freehold Republic of Kalopia-Wantuni will continue to trade with Deltaria and expand trade ties to help replace any economic losses. We very much doubt that they will have much effect on the Deltarian economy since many of Deltaria's trade partners are regional countries, most who are sticking by the country. Ours is one of the largest economies in Terra and we believe we can very much help Deltaria in this time of sanctions by ratifying the Popov Trade Accords as a first step, hopefully to a comprehensive free trade agreement

While we are dissapointed hearing the Kalopian delegation that they are not interested in security agreements we are overjoyed at the idea of expanding trade, our friendship shall remain unwavering until such a time when Kalopia and Deltaria can be allies as well as trade-partners. I:Both nations shall allow free trade without restrictions with each other.
II:Citizens of either nation shall be free to travel to the other, while still maintaing cursory security checks.
III: Both nations shall respect the right of privacy in business matters, business records that pertain to transactions that cross national borders shall not be subject to public inquiry without 2/3 approval of a national legislature.

Article 2:Embassies
I:Both nations shall maintain embassies with each other to promote friendship and prosperity

Article 3:Violation
I:Any violation of the terms above will render the treaty null and void, and absolve both nations from any responsibility to fulfill it.

Also we have revised the Strategic security agreements for our friends abroad who will stand with Deltaria to defend against all threats the sovereignty of nations
