I hereby propose that the organization's headquarters be once again transferred in Kalopia and the Kalopian Regime Coalition reinstated as the official administration group of the GPO, with rightfully appointed Mr. John Aristocrat as the new GS.

On the issue of Palinbal Lucter, I propose we name him as the No.1 international threat in Terra and therefore create a motion to mobilize global authorities toward his capture, attributing him multiple brutalities, amongst which lie the murder of Egoist Virginatos and Malekas Aristocrat.

It is up to the current Grand Secretariat to decide upon the next leader of our organization. Kalopia, part of the leadership board, approves the motion presented truthfully by the Kalopian Regime Coalition's administration.
