The TERRASSOFT Treaty has been moved to a vote, I ask all nations to propose ratification bills and to promote the Treaty to their neighbours and/or allies. Realise the benefits of free trade are too numerous to create an exhaustive list but the major ones are the reduction in price of imported consumer goods, which makes life much easier on those who struggle to make ends meet and the new markets opened up to national businesses which can now expand their horizons across Terra.

With TERRASSOFT now reasonably well established, I am beginning to implement the provisions outlined within it. Effective from 1st January 4139, the position of 'Director of TERRASSOFT' will cease to exist. Bernát Aguston, incumbent Foreign Minister of the Confederation of New Endralon, Kizenia and Kuzakiului will be confirmed as the first President of TERRASSOFT. As directed by the Treaty, an order has been randomly determined and the Glorious Shahdom of Aldegar will be invited to nominate the first Secretary General (New Endralon/Kizenia will be next, followed by Davostan).
Furthermore, every member of the party organisation will be asked to send two representatives to the Council of Factions and all of the three aforementioned nations will be asked to nominate two representatives to the Council of Nations. I hope that TERRASSOFT can become a force for good in Terra.
