Artanian Council - Treaty of Haldor

Artanian Council is a body established on the grounds of the Treaty of Haldor - Treaty of Economic, Social and Cultural Collaboration and Collective Self-Defence for the Artanian continent.
Its main task is to coordinate and direct the shape the relations between the High Contracting Parties of the Treaty.
The Council is formed by the Heads of State or Government of the High Contracting Parties.
The Artanian Council shall meet relatively regurally or ad hoc if its meeing is necessary.
The Artanian Council shall make its decision by a consensus of all Signatories of the Treaty but in certain cases it may select a decision by a 2/3 vote.
