The Merenbürg Summit

The Foreign Ministry of Narikaton has announced that they have invited several nations for a summit in Merenbürg. They're supposed to negotiate some kind of alliance or at least some form of non-aggression treaty. Minister Renner reasoned that the major powerhouses of Terra do not allow for middle powers to further their own interests, a strong bond, a chain of some sorts between the middle powers of Terra could counteract the slowly degenerating sovereignity of middle and small powers.

Chairman To Attend Summit

Chairman of the Grand Council of Deltaria Sigeric von Thaller has announced that he will be attending the Merenbürg Summit in his ancestral homeland of Narikaton. The Chairman vowed to seek and reach a strong agreement on security and prosperity for middle powers and hoped to build on the already close relations between Thallerist Deltaria and Narikaton.

The current world order is dominated by a handful of hyperpowers. There is need to democratise this, according to the Chairman and ensure a more equitable distribution of power. The chain proposed by Narikaton is one of the ways.

Narik Government Officials attend

The narik government has announced its delegation to the summit. It is going to include the Foreign Minister Udo Renner, Chairman Ulrich Shukanov and his majesty Marlon XIII, the to-be-coronated King of Narikaton and Darnussia. Some major corporation representatives which are also members of the Traditionalist wing of the Unity Party have been invited to attend the summit too. It is likely that this pact will benefit its member economicly increasing the interest of Multinationals regarding the meeting.
