"The peace agreement that created this confrence already alots for a once a decade conference so weve got that base covered but we should move toward a non-agression pact among all nations within the region that are in support of peace and stability in the region. However the turbulence in the region caused by the MU must be stopped, they have decided not to participate in peaceful diplomacy and they allow Jelbania to continue their agressive behavior, this must be stopped. In both Cobura and Deltaria extremist are on the rise because of the turbulence caused by there agressive behavior, the MU memberstates and more specifically Jelbania must reduce their nuclear arms. The Jelbanians have been the main agressors in this conflict and they have chosen not to involve themselves in any peace effort; with regional support of course I propose giving the Jelbanian peoples an ultimatium, reduce arms and end agression immediately, who shall support this position?"

I agree. While Cobura would certainly support a non-aggression pact, it is unlikely that the viciousness of the Pan-Majatranists would allow them to do the same easily. An ultimatum, however, may force them to cease their needless aggression anyway.

"The Whig party shall push an ultimatium demanding participation in diplomacy and reform from Jelbania and the other MU memberstates under penalty of war."

John Proctor, Foreign Affairs Minister, United Jakania

Having discussed matters with my colleagues in the Cabinet, we have mutually accepted this Treaty and Conference is not in the best interests of the Jakanian people. We withdraw ourselves from future participation.

"After negotiations witht the Jelbanians they have decided to join this confrence and reduce thier nuclear stockpile to 200 weapons, afterwhich Deltaria has moved to reduce our own stockpile to 200 weapons. The departure of the MU-memberstate Jakania's delegates from this confrence is saddening and deeply concerning to my administration. This confrence has been called to reach some consensus and agreement among all Majatran nations in order to ease the regional tension yet the MU remains reluctant to participate in diplomacy. Without the voice of MU memberstates this confrence will be biased against the MU however if they choose to reject peace and diplomacy then that must be what they desire."
